Been here a couple times never been difficult like this recent visit, business owner did a 5 second inspection on it and told me instantly that I needed to replace 3 tires, and I agreed 2 tired did need attention but seemed like I pitched a nerve when I question his little inspection. He got in my car and dove it for 10 sec and told me I needed all this suspension work and got mad when I question him and simply told me from his experience "he knows" and got upset and told me he didn't want work on my car, so unprofessional the way he does business. read more

I went there today to fix a bent rim on my Buick Encore and they were awesome took a look at it and fixed it the same day in about an hour, even showed me the wheel before putting it back on to see the repair because rim was bent on the inside. But after examining, He pulled me aside and said you don't need an alignment at all, You simply have a bubble in your tire. Anyway, that guy was really rude. He needs to take a class in talking to people 101. Or maybe that's just how he talks to woman because he was super nice to the gentleman that was already there. I came here last weekend to get two new tires on my car and was charged 25 per tire. I did not get the gentlemen's name who helped me, but he was nice. This weekend I came here two get two more tires and talked to what looked like the owner. He said 35 a tire and I told him I was charged 25 last weekend and he said no more : 25. So when I woke up this morning my tire was flat I immediately went back to the place who fixed my tire. I WAS LIVID! cause I just paid 180 for this one tire the day before. -- LONG STORY SHORT they called this kind man at Auto center tire shop which is 3 mins away from the other tire shop and asked if he can repair my rim. -- I went down there, he was very busy, but still was very attentive. He looked at my tires quoted me and gave me a lil discount, he gave me an eta of 4 hrs and it he was done by hour 2. Very fast and made sure I seen what he had did before putting my tire back on. Auto center tire shop quoted me the best price so I booked an appointment, These guys do a great job and they are fast, when they took off the rear tires they noticed my rear shocks were leaking they quoted a fair price so I told them to do that service along with the tires. less than two hours later my car was ready!
