My first thought was "Wow, this place is popular!" Parking is a bit of a challenge on a busy day. There are a few spots in front but most of it was already taken by cars that were being worked on. The guy that helped was very helpful. Fortunately, my boyfriend is Puerto Rican so he spoke for me since the worker spoke mostly Spanish which is fine and made things easier for me to tell him what I needed. They had us pick out the tires ourselves. Each tire in stock was priced differently based on the size and condition. I ended up picking out 2 $40 tires which were in great condition. To be honest, they looked close to new. The whole process went quick. We were in and out of there less than an hour. 5 stars for service and quality of tires for an affordable price. One tire was at 50 PSI and the other 60PSI when they're suppose to be at 35PSI!! I called to speak to manger here and he said oh no my guys checked all tires I said no they didn't. He kept arguing with me when I told him how did they check them if directly after I go get them checked at the oil change place and they informed me the dangerous PSI they were at. They told me you're lucky you didn't hit a pothole and wonder why your tire popped bc of how high the PSI was. Instead of the manager taking accountability he tried to say no my guys checked all tires. NO THEY DIDN'T IF THEY DID MY TIRES WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AT THAT PSI IMMEDIATELY LEAVING YOU. BEWARE! When Deals on Wheels got multiple, confident recommendations, I was intrigued. I hadn't considered them, while I was gathering all the parts. I called up Juan, and told him what I needed done. He had me in there, about a week later. It turns out this is where the new car dealers bring their cars to get them raised or lowered. There's every reason to have complete trust here. This was basically a total suspension replacement. I brought them new shocks, struts, springs, shock towers, all 4 front control arms, and most of the Steeda suspension catalog... sway bars, stop the hop kit-ultimate handling, Gtrac k-brace, camber plates, bump steer kit, and jacking rails. This is delicate, detailed work, and it all has to be torqued just right. I asked them to take their time and make it perfect. They did an amazing job, and of course the car's handling is completely transformed. Finally, let's talk about value. I assume dealers bring their cars here, so they don't have to pay $200 an hour to their own people. This kind of upgrade is a ton of work..24 to 30 hours easy. My car occupied one of their bays, for four days while they did this work, and I insisted my guy get paid straight time, for every minute he was touching my car. The price was so fair for all of that work, it made me feel a little teary-eyed. These guys are the whole package. Super reasonable prices, and super brilliant fingers. Jaime handed me the keys and said your truck is ready to go. I said let me pay you for that valve stem and Jaime said forget it, no charge.
