The food was fantastic. She catered a sit-down meal in a wine cave for our rehearsal dinner with 24 people. Despite the fact that our venue had very limited facilities for caterers (no prep kitchen or kitchen area) the food was absolutely fantastic! The tables were beautifully set, the appetizers were incredible, and the main course was delicious. Her staff was professional and very very attentive. Our guests loved every minute of our rehearsal dinner and didn't want it to end. Either did we. The next day Diane catered our wedding at the same venue for 160 people. In a nutshell, the food was fantastic, as was the service. We had a little miss communication which resulted in us not having champagne at the venue. In spite of our remote location, Diane was able to have champagne delivered to us before we even had our first toast!!! To say the least, we were all very impressed with her ability to get things done. We all know that caterers can make or break a wedding reception.
