Poor planning with food truck running out of cheese within the first hour of an event. Food is okay. Prices are pretty high but what you come to expect for "elevated" food trucks. Staff seems pretty disinterested in the service, food, or quality of their presentation/food. Food quality itself is OK - tacos are pretty standard, burrito is a bit bland and overdone w/ sour cream. If you're looking to hire a food truck to support your event, I would probably not recommend this group/company. read more

I highly recommend Tacos Brambila. We had them come to a big 60th birthday party and they were a huge hit. As the party organizer I really appreciated the excellent communication and responsiveness to our questions, and their service was exactly as promised. Their pricing was fair but more importantly the food is outstanding. We had them serve three meats for the tacos (pork, chicken and beef) as well as quesadillas and mulitas, plus chips, salsa and guacamole. The team was kind and pleasant and they worked hard. The trailer is beautiful and gave the party a real flair. And they rolled with our unexpected challenges, including a surprise parking / mud situation, with ease. The experience I had here was disappointing. For starters, they were out of pretty much everything. Even burritos? And pork? Almost the entire menu was crossed out. I get it I guess, food trucks have limited supply.... But typically they close up shop when that occurs. I settled for "fat boy nachos" and expected just that. Fat. What I received was not that. The chips were reminiscent of a movie theater chip and the portion didn't align with what I would expect for $14. The cheese was almost non existent and for what was there, it wasn't even melted. If the cheese situation was different, this review would be better. Nothing felt warm either. There was a decent amount of meat so I appreciate that. I want to say I'll give them another shot but I honestly don't know. If I return I will be sure to update. read more

Cheezus Christ that was delicious! Ordered the birria tacos and a giant Gordita burrito. Birrira tacos were very tasty. The burrito was one of, if not the best burrito I've ever eaten in my life. Asada, Al Pastor, and chicken! Plus the cheese added to the outside of tortilla! I really liked the food here unfortunately the meat choice for our burritos was mixed up on our order. Unfortunately my partner was upset about this. Great food, but does not abide by schedule posted on their Instagram. I checked their Instagram page today at 3:20 pm and the listed time for today's location was 4 pm, so I took a quick 15 minute walk to the location and discovered that the truck was not there. I rechecked their page and saw a last minute post changing the to 4:30, so I decided to leave and order similar food on DoorDash. I would have given them one star, but their food warranted an extra star. Discovered this nifty little taco truck a few months ago when they were just starting out. So far we've tried everything in their menu and they're all awesome! Their meat is well seasoned, well prepared. The ingredients they use are fresh. They're as authentic as the real Oaxaca street tacos as we can get in NorCal. They accommodate all your requests, extra this, crispy that. We've come to an extent where I encourage people to try their food, my coworkers, social media followers, friends, neighbors, everybody! The world of food trucks is really coming towards the top for me! We were at track seven brewery, and during the pandemic the current requirement is that every person that orders drinks has to purchase one entrée each person from whatever food truck is outside. We were not exactly starving, but we went ahead and ordered an Asada burrito. I have to say, it was really good! The tortilla was super crispy with little scorch marks on the outside, the meat was a little bit dry but very flavorful. There was beans, cilantro and onion in pretty heavy amounts -which I love, meat and cheese, I think rice too, but the real winner of the burrito? The salsa. It was a smooth and delicious addition. Most burritos either don't have salsa, or they use only pico de Gallo. But sometimes you just want a nice fully blended salsa with crazy flavor. If I see them again I will be more than excited to go over and try their tacos. Also being a small local business and being so good in their craft, I might even look into them for catering. The first time I ordered from Tacos Brambila was at a winery near Clarksburg. I had their al pastor Tacos and it was the best al pastor I've had in Sac. I followed them on Instagram and saw they were posted up down the street from where I live. I tried finding them but they were tucked away into a gated complex. I called the number they listed on Instagram and a nice lady called back explaining to me how to find them, they were kind of tucked away in a parking lot. She was super accommodating and I finally got my food. Super bomb just like I remember. The tacos de birria were fire and also had the burrito which was bomb. So much flavor. I have a hard time finding a good Mexican spot in Sac but this place is my go to spot whenever they are close by. Great food. Great people. First off, DELICIOUS! I've been craving tacos for the past 3 days and these. Did. Not. Disappoint! Carne asada was so tender and chargrilled to perfection. The blending of flavors in their tacos is nothing short of magic. I never knew that I needed Mulitas, tiny corn tortilla quesadillas, but I most definitely do now. Raw Serrano pepper I added to my order was so fresh and clean, crisp with a mouthful of bite. Tacos were okay. We ordered 5 tacos and a quesadilla. When we got home, we only had 4 tacos and were to tired to notify them and come back for one Taco. We were the only customers the entire time so IDK how they could've missed it. Otherwise, service was awesome. I found you guys (Tacos Brambila) at the EG taco festival. The mulitas I was served were super tasty - gooey cheese, grilled onions, salsa, and very flavorful pork/chicken meat. There were at least twelve other food truck vendors at the festival, but I liked their logo of two happily married chili peppers next to the Tower bridge the best.
