This was my first time to eat here and I am so glad I did! The waitress was very attentive and made sure we never ran out of iced tea. The chips and hot sauce was the first indication that we stopped at the right place. I ordered the Tex-Mex Plate to give myself a little variety. I ordered a beef enchilada, a chicken enchilada, and it came with a crunchy beef taco, beans and rice. Everything was really good, but the chicken enchilada completely blew me out of the water. We stopped by on our way back to Cypress TX, Loved this place, Service was fast and courteous, Food was delicious, Ambiance was very cheerful!! Liked the music, they have a bar and large TV Screens, even though is listed as a Bar is a full service restaurant, we ordered the Molcajete Azteca, had nopales, panela cheese, chorizo, , shrimp, chicken breast and a beef fajita skirt chile toreado, salsa and rice, beans, guacamole We came in, ordered and food was served fast. Food was good, service was decent, and the overall mood was okay. But I did not enjoy the fact that my payment was doubled. my original price for what I ordered was around 15.14 with 17 after tax. They took my groups tickets and cards and paid them out. Brought our cards back and we were good, I even gave the server a 10 dollar tip. They later come back to us saying that my payment didn't go through, so they tried making me pay 30 dollars, then my friend stepped in and paid it. Dont know how a 14 Dollar item jumps up to 30 dollars. I just had my meal and water. I have trust issues with this place now and not sure it's worth it. read more

I just left and Id like to say this is the first review I've ever made. Comes to show how great everything was ! Waitress was so kind and friendly, came by a good amount of times to ask how we were. The Mangonada Margarita was really good, happy with the extra toppings they add ! I recommend the mini tacos, and anything with their Mole (top notch). Beware of some of the salsas as they are spicy ! I personally love it when my mouth goes numb but for those who don't just ask ahead ! The price was pretty cheap too compared to other places I've been. Glad we stopped at Comanche from the road trip. When place first opened, the food quality was good. Not sure what has transpired, but quality of food is about like a Rosa's Cafe or Poncho's- dog food at best. Since there are really no bars in Comanche and the fact this place serves liquor is the only reason we see to ever go back. Miguels down the street is just as bad and haven't been there in years. The only positive for both is there are not a lot of eating options and why both will survive. In a more populated area, neither one would still be open. read more

Tuesday June 4,2024 We were Not that Hungry But Needed something before going to Grocery Store I Ordered Sour Cream Enchiladas At the price of $12.99 Significant other asked for Beef Nachos $11.99 and Sweet Tea I Had water They were slow about getting it to us, and it was still very early before dinner time, But once we finally Received our meal and ate, Here came the check, Too my surprise, All of a sudden my price of meal went from $12.99 to $13.99 I asked why and was told Price changed, When? But the menu said $12.99 Still the waiter said That's life, Nothing else changed ,No increase in price, So if price changed why didn't it have a line through it and maybe a small piece of paper telling the new price? The food was delicious, and the staff was helpful and friendly. But the noise level was unbearable. We left early and got about half our food to go. The music in the main dining area was at a loud level so we asked to be seated in the side room. A group joined that room and due to the room design, we couldn't even talk to each other at our table. There is no floor, wall, or ceiling covering to dampen the sound. Just bare concrete floor and walls, combined with voices and loud music, it was physically painfully loud. The waitress had trouble hearing us as well. We might return to get to go because the food was great, but I wouldn't recommend eating in. read more

Absolutely terrible. First time in here so I straight ask if they have a taco dinner plate. Because I'm looking for tacos, rice and beans. I was going to order an option that had the rice and beans but the girl recommended the tacos de Jalisco. On the tacos I told her no cilantro and onion. Only sour cream and cheese. I get the order and turns out there's a million little cups that come with the order. Of which I find the sour cream and cheese in. So I basically got tortillas and meat and I had to put the sour cream and cheese on. If I wanted a build my own tacos I would've gone to the grocery store. I did not order them as sides. I ordered them as to go on the tacos. ALSO. No rice and beans. Just chips and salsa of which the salsa container was flimsy and broke I the bag. The tacos were average. So all I got was a drink and build your own tacos for $23! I go to the other restaurants in the area and at least I get the food prepared how I asked for cheaper.
