Great small little cafe to stop by on the way to the Puerto Rico ferry. They are open early. I got a coffee here right before my early morning ferry ride. The coffee was great and cheap. They serve food and other breakfast items. The service was very kind and helpful as well.

I had a very unpleasant long tiring day while trying to go to the islands. I went to the ferry terminal at 10 am & found out next boat is 1:30! Paid all this money just to be there , three was no place to even get a cup of coffee. I had to take a cab to come back to this area & found this cafe. everything was just going wrong . Only thing went great was this place . Very nice, homey cafe with good cup of coffee & sweets. I was there probably 2 hours just chilling, talking to the other customers. While talking made a friend, exchange numbers. Imagine that !

We came here almost every day during vacation for bfast sandwiches. The service was excellent. Egg, ham, and cheese on sobao bread is a 10/10 as well as the salami and bacon sandwiches. Incredible pastries as well. The queso pastelitos were amazing. Recommend going early bc baked goods and bread might sell out. I wish I could take this place home with me. Can't wait to return :)

We found this place while on vacation in Fajardo in February. It was so good that it became our "go to" place for cafe con leche and media noche sandwiches. We tried several different desserts and pastries as well. Everything was delicious!

The food here is SOOO good We had : - sandwich Timon with pan agua , mayo and everything on it - cappuccino - cafe con leche - budin - bebida parcha (which I believe is passion fruit) It all totaled to $30 dollars which is reasonable. PRs Spanish is def quicker than I'm used too lol but service was amazing and so quick. Taste wise everything was great. Table sitting is only outside but they do have shade! 10/10 experience, will recommend, will come back !! FYI- we went to the one on Carretera 3 next to the burger king

Guayaba y queso (guava and cheese) pastry. So good!

Got this when driving from Ceiba to Yunque and it's a cute roadside food point with great pastries and sandwiches. My boyfriend had the pollo (chicken) sandwich which he said was one of the best sandwiches he's ever had. Toasted and tasty. I ordered the timón sandwich purely because it was bolded on the menu and also the name of the shop and it was just as amazing, toasted and tasty. The guayaba y queso (guava and cheese) pastry was delicious! Would've been even better if it was toasted but I still loved it. Def recommend getting sandos and pastries here and bringing it on a nice el Yunque hike!

All the birds around.

Cute little spot. It was really clean and spotless. Also quiet to enjoy your meal. Food was great. You can beat the prices.

Fresh pan, toasted just right with mantequilla and café con leche. Hits the spot every time. The spot for a solid Puerto Rican breakfast

This is a solid sandwich place. Have been here a few times. Think it's only open until the late afternoon though so go early.

Great bread, good breakfast sandwiches but the location is a bit uncomfortable. Nowhere to really sit and eat or park.

Best panaderia on the East side. Get there early and prepare to line up. They close about 1:30pm but stop taking orders 1/2 hr before.

We had the Tripletta and the Timón-both were delicious! It's a busy little restaurant, but totally worth going to or ordering for pick-up.

Super find. Did you…read moreknow it's impossible to find breakfast in Fajardo on a Tuesday? I didn't either! Many of the best restaurants are closed (it's their weekend, I guess). So after driving around like nitwits for over an hour trying to find a place (curse you, Apple Maps!) I noticed this place in the urban core of old Fajardo, we found a parking place on the street a couple of blocks away (would our rental car be up on blocks when we returned? Stay tuned to find out!), and we sauntered in. Now one could be forgiven for thinking this is a Local's-Only joint that is unwelcoming to floundering touristas that stumble in, but that would be a mistake. While their English is scarcely better than my (appallingly bad) Spanish, the menu posted above the register is clear ("jamon" = ham; "queso" = cheese; "huevos" = eggs; and these three components constitute the lion's share of their offerings). We fumbled through our order, and took one of the three tables to await the results. The locals passing through were a bit thrown when they saw these interlopers invading their neighborhood haunt, but accepted us quickly (it helps when you get out of the way of the scratch lottery tickets). In a short time, our meals arrived. They were tasty and nutritious. I wolfed mine down with reckless abandon; my comrade dined at a stately pace, but at the end of the meal, we agreed the the food and coffee were delicious and worth searching for. So upon our return to our vehicle, what did we find? It was as we left it: unmolested, and in fine condition.

We rotated all three delicious dishes at least twice. Great chewy texture on the waffle, with more toppings than one could ask for. The benedict was a perfect mix of sweet, savory, and sea! But the cuban sandwich won the day. That roasted pork, girrrrlllll. They have indoor and outdoor seating and a full bar, too. Lovely jazz music for ambience, great vacation vibes. Split the delicious spring mix salad with crunchy prosciutto and figs followed by 12oz rib eye medium rare with a demi glace sauce and changed mashed sweet potatoes for regular mashed potatoes, served with seasonal vegetables of asparagus and green carrots, $48. I was nervous when I saw how thin the steak was, and the demi place looked like gravy. But the steak was a perfect medium rare and quite tasty. The sauce was different, but good. Ended the meal with a fruit tart $6.19, very good! Shout out to Aleisha for being our delightful waitstaff. Returned for Sunday brunch. Enjoyed Cafe latte, oj&vodka. Chocolate croissant and a delicious sandwich consisting of pan soboa roll, roasted pork shoulder, ham, swiaa, pickles and mustard maple syrup.$12.48.
