Brides beware! The management are scam artists! My daughter booked this venue in October 2024 for…read moreher October 2026 wedding. At that time, Brenda had her sign an old contract sheet when she paid her deposit. She told my daughter that they would be drawing up a newer, revised contract and that they would put it in the mail to her. Over the last six months, my daughter has emailed, called, texted, used Facebook messenger, etc asking to see the new contract. She was not receiving a response and when she finally did, the owner claimed that they got none of her messages. There are proof of all of these messages and they show that they delivered. My daughter decided to hold her wedding else where to do all of the horrible reviews she started seeing and contacted Brenda to discuss the cancellation. Finally, after at least two more messages, Brenda responded back responding that the deposit was nonrefundable. Brenda, you did not hold up your end of the bargain by providing an up-to-date contract. How you can deny a person their deposit back when you did not do your part is unthinkable to me. Please do the right thing and send the deposit back. Thank you.
