One of the best restaurants we visited! The people were all wonderfully friendly. When we arrived without a reservation, the kind host actually sent us to a neighborhood bar so we could have a drink until a table was available; he told us to come back in 15-20 minutes, and that worked out perfectly. The specials were amazing. We loved the oyster special, the "Forest of Mushrooms" (delicately sautéed in spices, olive oil, and a fried egg," and the grilled octopus, which came with two sauces. Wine recommendations were spot on. And the restaurant itself was beautiful and comfortable.

Ceviche de lagostinos,, buttey, sweet cured langostines in lime and chilies

Came in for a quick lunch after arriving from adgarve. We wanted something tasty abd different and thus place does not disappoint. Service was excellent, attentive and the food presentation was very upscale. Highly recommend the folowing items: Pulpo Asado is very render, soft melt in tour mouth. The crunchy black rice at the bottom gives it a unexpected texture. Ensalada de Atun tartare, creamy potatoes with just enough mayonnaise dressing to set your palate for a silky, savory bite when mixed with the potatoes. Ganbon al ajillo con Gazpachon, so plump garlic shrimp served over a brioche toast and they pour a dressing of mayo, eggs, garlic and olive oil- this is a MUST HAVE!. I can drink rhe custartd all day long, truly amazing. Aguachile de langostinos (ceviche) con gel de manzana. Buttery langostines cured with fresh lime juiceand a hint of spice.

Not sure what happened but I felt that El Travis's was overrated and was probably my least favorite meal during my time in Spain. Our host didn't do that great of a job in explaining the menu which made it a bit difficult in gaging how much to order. In the end we felt that we all over ordered. It also didn't help that the service was lacking. The food was just ok as well. Prices are at higher end. The fish was pretty good but I was already so full towards the end. I also didn't like that our server chose the liberty to put in a 2nd bottle of wine when he decided himself that 1 bottle wasn't enough for us. What if everyone was not going to drink that night? Hard pass.

We found this great Tapas restaurant when we were in Seville in December of 2021 and it was a solid 4 star with great food and service. The cocktails were amazing! Definitely recommend.

Excellent food and service. Staff speaks good English and are very attentive. Would recommend that you make a reservation. Everything we ordered was very tasty but the 35-day aged premium steak was my favorite. One of our best meals in Sevilla.

Delicious!

Amazing restaurant in Seville! We went for dinner and lunch. This place requires reservation a few days ahead because it is very popular. The prices are really great - we ordered 7-8 tapas dishes and it was only 60 euros. We got the Jamon sampler, tuna belly, smoked cured salmon, foiegras and apple croquettes, three little pigs, squid tartare with strawberries, deconstructed cheesecake, sardine with tomato bread, and winter vegetable soup with egg. Don't forget to order some cava and/sangria! Huge portion with lots of interesting ice and flavors. I also love the service here. Great interior and vibes.

This was hands down the best meal I have had during my 2 weeks travelling through Spain....and quite possibly the best meal I have ever had in my life! Luckily the place has just opened by the time we had arrived because the place filled up quickly after we were seated. Everything we ordered was delicious and so was everything else that we saw being served to the tables around us. In fact, we even ordered an extra dish (Croquettes) after seeing how good it looked when it went by us on the way to another table. We fly out tomorrow evening but are considering going back for lunch there tomorrow. This place is a must if you are in Seville!

This was a stand out dish. Incredible sight and even better taste

Where do I begin? Let's talk about the ambience. To call this place rustic would probably capture…read moreit best, it's really probably more like a cafeteria or a school room at a very old school. Tables perhaps a bit close together, not terribly comfortable. Loud, busy. As far as the service, it was our impression that our waiter was the only person serving the 30 or so tables in their dining room. Suffice it to say the service was not fast and not good. Inexplicably, every time we ordered a Coke we were asked if we wanted a Coke Zero. If I wanted a Coke Zero I would have said the words Coke Zero. Even when I asked for another Coke, he again asked "Coke Zero?" It took next to forever to get the check, and forever to get a cappuccino. At one point I took it upon myself to point the waiter to a table behind us that had been desperately attempting to get his attention. This was all not good. As to the food. First, our fault for not knowing what tataki meant. We did not expect to receive salmon that was seared on the outside and raw on the inside. So that one is on us, although we also think the meal came tepid at best. The lamb on couscous was dry and tough. The pork cheek stew was actually pretty good if a bit gluey. The calamari was good. The sushi as they called it was average. What they called the tiramisu was more like a pudding with some liqueur and chocolate on the top, and a little bit of breadish stuff in the bottom. Not my idea of tiramisu, and probably not yours either. So we could not get too excited about these various dishes. But what was particularly frustrating and bizarre was that two people sitting across from us ordered food that looked absolutely delicious. So we got to sit there wondering why we didn't order what they ordered. They ordered a large beef dish with potatoes which is on the menu, and we think they ordered a large octopus meal although we are not sure. Everything they had looked better than anything we had. So it may be that we somehow just picked the wrong items. So it was a strangely frustrating meal. This place has good reviews and we expected good tasting food. Unfortunately it did not work out that way, and the ambience and service were negative contributing factors. I can't entirely write this place off, only because the food other diners received actually looked very good. But I don't think I would go there again.

We ordered their roasted lamb with cous cous, garlic shrimp croquetta (that was the croquetta of the day), pork cheek stew with potato purée and the chocolate panna cotta for dessert. We also ordered their sangria and tinto de verano. Every dish we ordered was AMAZING - tasty flavorful well seasoned melt in your mouth meat bursting with flavors. We devoured every bite and it was hard to pick a favorite. Both the lamb and pork dishes were 11/10. Not just the taste but the presentation of every tapa was fantastic. Their drinks were also great. The dessert was to die for. This place is super packed during peak dinner hours and there is barely any room to stand. Since we walked in around 11pm, we got a seat and were well taken care of all thru the night. Also noticed alot of veggie options on the menu which was great. Service was awesome ambience is chic. I am certain I am going to crave their tapas once I am back home. Highly highly recommend this place when in Seville.

The layout can be a bit confusing, as the restaurant seems to have three dining rooms with separate entrances but only one kitchen. Where we sat was charming, with stone walls and wood-beamed ceilings. We started with the foie appetizer, which was a delightful surprise for my palate. It was a unique combination of foie, cream cheese, and what I believe was pear. It was unusual, but I ended up really enjoying it. The zucchini noodles with pesto and burrata were also very enjoyable. However, the star of our dinner was the 40 day dry aged ribeye, cooked perfectly medium-rare, tender, and absolutely delicious. If we had discovered it sooner, I would have happily eaten here a second time.

The star was obviously the 100-day aged steak. It was done to perfection. Absolutely delicious with a little bit of funk. And my grandpa was a cattle rancher so I've had quite a bit of steak in my life. 9.5/10 The pumpkin dish was also exceptional. 9/10 The risotto was the perfect compliment. Wow. Great texture and flavor. 9/10 The croquettes were good, I didn't like the mayo on top. 8/10 The dessert that was essentially a bread pudding was absolutely delicious.i barely tried the orange dessert but it tasted like a Pillsbury orange cinnamon roll. Dessert and service were 10/10

They had a really nice people watching patio but no space available. So I got the first table inside which still gave me a decent view of the outside. They are heavy on the tapas on the menu which was what I wanted. The service was good . Seemed to be a one man show taking orders and serving. He seemed a little stressed but managed. I had a nice big globe glass for my aperol spritz . Which was perfectly made. Ten I went with the gazpacho. Cold soup . On a nice warm sunny day it was the thing ! Served in a wine glass which was unusual but kinda cool and with some bread and crackers. It was very good and cold and delicious. Nice creamy tomato and rich flavors. I spooned this out til the last drop. The bread was also so good. Perfect afternoon food! The drink and soup were exceptional. The only thing that bothered me was that other than my sever who was nice, rest of the staff seemed kinda rude and not very friendly. Food was great though! Loved the location .
