I went in with flats and the experience was disappointing from the start. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff wasn't outright rude, but they were dismissive and not very courteous -- especially toward me as a woman coming in with my son.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They removed all the tires and ended up switching the sensors, so my left sensor was reading as the right. I purchased four used tires, but they were clearly overused. They gave me four completely different brands with very different tread, and they didn't even have the correct size I needed so I had to get a different size The very next morning, two tires were flat -- one at 5 psi and the other at 15. I went back, and they swapped them out, but one had to be patched. The following day, another tire dropped to 19 psi. We filled it up, but the next morning it was low again. [[HIGHLIGHT]]By the third trip back, I was met with attitude and told it was from a nail, which wasn't the case since the car had only been parked overnight.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, the tires they sold me were in poor condition, and I've had to deal with multiple flats and patches in less than a week. It cost me extra time, money, and frustration. I found this tire shop while actively lost during sundown hours, with my daughter knowing I had a tire leak. They were very great to us and patched my tire. I came back after getting a flat tire while on the freeway . They took my spare off and advised me I only had THREE lug nuts on my spare . I bought an extra nut and a new tire with great life value to it. I went back the following week for an alignment. Which was also a fantastic experience! This is my go to tire shop. On my way to Tijuana, my car's warning lights came on. When I checked, I found a nail in one of my tires. It was around 6 PM in San Bernardino, and many tire shops were closing. I found El Venado Tire Shop and called them. The guy who helped me said that maybe I didn't need a repair. While examining the tire, he noticed an old plug that wasn't leaking. He said it was my choice whether to patch it or not. First time customers at El Venado Tires and truly fantastic start to finish. My family and I planned to go up the mountains with our dogs and stopped at a gas station to make sure our tires were filled. The valve in our tire to fill the air broke off and I thought about cancelling our trip to get a new tire. My mom and sisters called a few places for quotes but some didnt answer or were closed on Sundays. They picked up my call, I explained the situation and headed right over. They had the part i needed and their customer service is impeccable. They serviced our car while we were still in it so we wouldn't be in the heat with our 7 dogs (again we were on our way for a day trip) and we were done in about 10 minutes. We just got back from our trip to the mountains and I'm so thankful, if it weren't for this company we wouldn't have had such a great day. Will be back soon to service my other cars.
