Came to pick up a U-Haul scheduled at 5 AM on Saturday, May 9, and there's no keys in the lock box now I have to get another Uber to go to another location and pay for another fee while I have to wait for my money to be given back to me for this current U-Haul that I'm not able to get because somebody at the organization forgot to put the key in the lock box making it inconvenient for the customer and in addition to that having to pay extra for the moving company to stay longer now because I'm late picking up a truck read more

This place sold me a used tire that lasted 2 days! Got it Sunday and it popped today!$63 for a tire!! Forget this place. They take advantage of women here!! read more

I went in with flats and the experience was disappointing from the start. The staff wasn't outright rude, but they were dismissive and not very courteous -- especially toward me as a woman coming in with my son. They removed all the tires and ended up switching the sensors, so my left sensor was reading as the right. I purchased four used tires, but they were clearly overused. They gave me four completely different brands with very different tread, and they didn't even have the correct size I needed so I had to get a different size The very next morning, two tires were flat -- one at 5 psi and the other at 15. I went back, and they swapped them out, but one had to be patched. The following day, another tire dropped to 19 psi. We filled it up, but the next morning it was low again. By the third trip back, I was met with attitude and told it was from a nail, which wasn't the case since the car had only been parked overnight. Overall, the tires they sold me were in poor condition, and I've had to deal with multiple flats and patches in less than a week. It cost me extra time, money, and frustration. The worst part was being treated like I was lying instead of being helped properly. I don't leave reviews often, but after three trips back and poor customer service each time, I wouldn't recommend this shop. All I wanted was safe, reliable tires -- and that's not what I got here. read more

Went there with a flat tire, expecting to get a new tire, (brand new) is what we paid for. they sold a used tire that had a leak. Eventually we found out from another tire shop, told us the tire has a leak. And It was the same tire we gotten from this company. Don't like the way they went about just to get some money off us Stay away. They're scammers read more

I found this tire shop while actively lost during sundown hours, with my daughter knowing I had a tire leak. They were very great to us and patched my tire. I came back after getting a flat tire while on the freeway . They took my spare off and advised me I only had THREE lug nuts on my spare . I bought an extra nut and a new tire with great life value to it. I went back the following week for an alignment. Which was also a fantastic experience! This is my go to tire shop. I have recommended this place to my siblings and they as well come here too. read more

On my way to Tijuana, my car's warning lights came on. When I checked, I found a nail in one of my tires. It was around 6 PM in San Bernardino, and many tire shops were closing. I found El Venado Tire Shop and called them. They provided excellent customer service and quoted $15 for a patch. When I arrived, I expected to find a flat tire with a nail in it, but it wasn't. The guy who helped me said that maybe I didn't need a repair. While examining the tire, he noticed an old plug that wasn't leaking. He said it was my choice whether to patch it or not. I was impressed by the honesty and friendliness of the staff. They didn't try to take advantage of me and provided honest recommendations. If you need great customer service and honest people, this is the place to go. Highly recommended, 100%! read more

Very helpful and know what they are doing. Did the job and reasonable parts. I would recommend them

Overall this tire shop is not bad but, last time I went some employee was being rude and told us to wait, but he said it in a disrespectful tone. Let me explain: Me and my family went because we heard a loud thud from our tire in the middle of the freeway and we saw that this shop was the closest tire shop to us so we ended up going to that tire shop. Then we asked this guy that worked there if he can take a look at our tire but he was saying rudely to wait in line because there was multiple cars in front of us, but we obviously knew that we would have to wait in line, but he was making it meaner than it had to be and what he specifically said was and I quote " are you blind? There's multiple cars in front of you. You have to wait your turn MISS" keep in mind. All I asked is if he can take a look at our tire and he responded in a very rude way. read more

It's Sunday. It's late. Nobody is answering their phone. Our trailer had a blow out. We have a 3 ton load on it. Getting it home is not an option. We're going to have to camp out in the Carousel Mall's parking lot until Monday. No way I'm leaving my trailer there. Venado's answers the phone. Has my tire. Has it at a excellent price. Has the tire replaced in 15 minutes. This is only one of the stories. This is twice Venado's has saved my business in desperate situations and kept us on the road! We are forever grateful! First time customer. Very happy with the Service from Juan! Everyone was kind and made the whole experience very EZ

They good with the service..They will hooked you up and let you pick your tires.. new or used. Is A+ on my books. Thanks.

y'all kept my rear right tire metal cap with green on top . didn't even put a plastic one .

I was initially taken aback by all the signs saying that they weren't liable for any damage to rims or cars. The whole process took about a half hr to patch a tire. Longer than other places but I figured that they were waiting for the glue to dry. I felt like I was in mexico with the music blaring and the surroundings. I would recommend and would go back again. read more

Go support a local business. I went in wanting a specific brand with a price already in mind and they recommend a tire that they sell frequently which so happened to be quite a bit cheaper then what I was originally wanting to pay!! Tires were still almost same quality as what I was wanting for my vehicle. Definitely recommend they're business! read more

they are extremely RUDE! called to get a inquiry on a tire the person who answered the phone was number 1 eating & number 2 talking to someone else & told me to "hold up" . Then i proceeded to ask questions about the availability on the tire and he didn't know any information and could barely speak english & was flat out rude. So i said never mind and ended the conversation. This person then called my phone back for what reason ? i have no clue! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! read more

First time customers at El Venado Tires and truly fantastic start to finish. My family and I planned to go up the mountains with our dogs and stopped at a gas station to make sure our tires were filled. The valve in our tire to fill the air broke off and I thought about cancelling our trip to get a new tire. My mom and sisters called a few places for quotes but some didnt answer or were closed on Sundays. They picked up my call, I explained the situation and headed right over. They had the part i needed and their customer service is impeccable. They serviced our car while we were still in it so we wouldn't be in the heat with our 7 dogs (again we were on our way for a day trip) and we were done in about 10 minutes. We just got back from our trip to the mountains and I'm so thankful, if it weren't for this company we wouldn't have had such a great day. Will be back soon to service my other cars. Thank you guys again! read more
