Was a loyal customer for 15 years and despite all the business I've given them they couldn't help me out today with a $10 discount even though I came back within 10 days from when I was told I would get another tire for the same price granted I returned soon. I bought a used tire from this company, and before they installed it, I requested to inspect it when it was mounted and fully inflated. The employee stated that I couldn't enter the shop. I had to wait in the office. I am 65 yo and permanently disabled, used to work as a mechanic. The next day, when I got home, I noticed the tire was low on air. Sure enough, it had a bolt in it, and I noticed the side walls bulging. the tire was unsafe to install. don't trust these guys. read more

They were unable to patch my tire and did not have new or used tire in stock for my vehicle. told me to pay $10 for nothing . $5 for taking off my tire and $5 for putting my tire back on. That is ridiculous! it is not my fault you did not have my tire in stock. never ever has a tire shop charge me when they did not have my tire. read more

I just recently moved into town and it so happened to be I got a flat tire. This place came up on my search for a tire shop around town. Decided to give it a go as I was in urgent need of a new tire. As soon as I arrived, the manager I believe it was, approached me within minutes and checked out the tire. Suggested I needed a new tire as it couldn't be patched up. He provided me with options and gave suggestions as to which he would personally recommend. He advised he'd have to order the tire and called to confirm that he could have it in by the same day. I was told he would call me as soon as the tire was delivered to him so I can take my car in for the tire change. Fair enough, I received a call before closing time to take the car in. I went in and within minutes I had the tire changed. He even suggested a few parts that need to be repaired and referred me over to their second location in Fontana. Will be looking into it. Customer service was great! And will definitely keep this place in mind for the future. read more

We were on our way to Big Bear when our tire sensor came on; we pulled over and our tire was completely flat. My husband put the spare on while I looked up local tire shops. This was the first one we called, they told us they had our tire size so we headed over as soon as he put the spare on.
