Price gouging at it's finest I was given a price over the phone for 15$ per tire to mount and balance so I got there had the work done ready to checkout next thing you know the price is 66$.... Like what?!!!! The girl then goes oh it's 15$ to mount & 15$ to balance per tire.... If I would of known that from the beginning I would of never went there... shame!!! Replaced tires for my fiancés vehicle on Thursday. Called around getting quotes from $650-800 for a brand new set, I thought that was very unreasonable especially for 16 inch tires. Took my car in for an oil change when I went to pick the car up my boyfriend noticed oil on the floor under my car. I assumed the oil was from another car so we left, once I got home after parking the car I noticed more oil. I called and let them know my car was leaking oil. They told me to bring it in & the mechanic who did my car checked it and found a crack in my oil pan. It is a hair line crack very thin but still was there. That crack did not exist before taking my car in to them and the oil that was on the floor under my car when picking it up from their shop tells me they cracked my oil pan and now I'm stuck with the problem! Cracking my oil pan and pretending that nothing happened and being dishonest isn't right. I wish I would have told them about the oil I seen before driving off. read more

I called up to get a quote on 4 new tires, and decided to get new brake pads, new strut assembly both sides front and back, and an oil change. It was all finished within the day. Came in for tire mount and balance on all 4 wheels they provided excellent service for a very fair price! I was having issues with one of my wheels prior to mounting the new set of tires. The tire pressure kept going low and they also fixed the issue for free. read more

I don't know what else I can say about these guys. But damn they do a really good job at their service, well at least when I get tires from there. They are sweet generous people. I don't say much about companies or take my time to write a review but I just left from there today this morning and I want to thank them more for the tire service today and for the past services they've been doing on my car even if it's just changing tires. I've been coming here for the past 5 years but I've moved about 30 miles away from this place and I still go to them... because I know I'm getting an honest days work from all the laborers including the office workers. These guys are doing a hell of a job and I'm thankful for them. Their prices are really really amazing. Definitely better than any place around. I came here on a whim because i simply couldn't wait the 2 weeks my regular tire shop gave me to order my tires. so i came and grab two used tires to hold me over, and boy the tires looked absolutely great, darn near brand new and only $60. This place went downhill. Been going there for years but now every time I go my experience gets worse. I bought 2 front tires and was gonna get an alignment. Waited 3 hours before anyone even took my car to the back while there was 3 employees just standing around. I ask the owner what's going on and how long it's gonna take and he said he'll get on it right now. 30 minutes later. Then what do you know. The 2 donkeys that were standing around put my car on the rack and tell me I need bushings so they can't align it. IT TOOK 2 MINUTES for them to tell me they can't do it and an automatic $35 for putting it on the rack! (He coulda told me that when he put my tires on). I go inside to pay for my tires and they write up and an estimate for $500 with crap parts. While the chick is acting like she knows what she's doing I'm looking up the parts online and they're $50 each. I tell her nah that's ridiculous I'll put the arms on myself. Basically donated $35 or bought all them lunch that day. Pay attention and don't let them change prices up on you or charge u for some BS read more

The worst! Took over an hour just to get a used tire put on. The girl brought me one that she said they will put on only for it to have a quarter sized screw in it and she was like oh oops. And then showed me another that looked more decent. I had a small nail in my tire and there was only one person ahead of me and the girl told me the man would be finished with him in about 10 minutes. So after 40 minutes he finished that first guy and took my tire off only for him to start working on another woman's car. Another 20 minutes later I see my car is all done so I had to ask the girl if I can pay so I can leave and she had no clue what I was talking about. So after all of that the girl tells me he put a patch on it and I was just so frustrated that I gave them the $10 and left. It was all so stupid. There's 3 girls in the office and only one guy working on the tires with two other guys watching him. The woOrst visit ever. I won't go back. read more

Family owned yes but mickey mouse job done is more like it Poor service did a engine swap on my 04 maxima last year in December around Christmas time spent over $2,400 which was probably used to buy there kids presents ... 3month warranty I was fine with a month later alternator gives out so I had it changed no biggie a week later again alternator gives out than it was brought to my attention engine had a leak that's causing oil to drip threw to my alternator so since I have warranty I received another had the part in hand but no mechanic stranded only about a mile away from latinos tires where I have my warranty they refused to send the mechhanic that did my engine swap which i had to go threw 2 daughters just to get to the father who is the owner i suppose to still be rejected even though I was willing to pay for $$mobile service was refused also I would have to pay a tow truck which keep in mind ain't cheap if you ain't got AAA to get it towed to them with only 75bucks in my pocket from Los angeles and not from the area i bought some tools to install it if my back was in better shape due to an accident i would of just pushed it to the shop myself pissed and frustrated I ended up rolling up my sleeves and putting my alternator on my damn self "never will I call a tire shop to do a legitimate engine swap place is good for "TIRES " ONLY thought I'll share my experience with this shop for YOU undecided high paying customers in the future don't be disappointed keep scrolling to the next mechanic shop this place is more family greedy instead .... read more
