Then about 2 weeks later started having a bad misfire and would barely go. I pulled the plugs and plugs 1 and 2 were severely burnt. I replaced them. I called and talked to a Chico, he said you bought car as is. I stated I get that but, after only 2 weeks the car is not running like the overpriced amount I paid for it. Only a few days later it started making a tapping noise and when I went to make payment I showed Carlos the plugs. He had mechanic come out and listen to the motor. They spoke in Spanish to each other. Carlos set me up an appointment to bring car in and have it looked at. When I showed up for the appointment, the guy there that day said Carlos shouldn't had done that. Anyway, if I want to keep the appointment it would be $50 to do a diagnostic on vehicle. I refused and left. I have documented dates and times of calls and interactions with these people. I have fixed the transmission and I now have replaced plugs twice, twice!!! Acting up now... AGAIN!!! They sent me a message about 3 weeks back or so asking how I was enjoying my car. I told them I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Received a message from them earlier today, stating I still owed $53.60 on my payment of $500 a month. Hell if I didn't have to keep putting money in this car, maybe I could make my full payment. The Lexus was in a great condition (see the photos) - and it's been trouble-free ownership. At the end of the day, a lot of it depends on how the previous owners treated the car. All in all, their staff was friendly and professional, and the whole process went smoothly. If I need another car for my family, I'll shop here again.

I dealt with Kevin Dunn Which went above and beyond my expectations for the day and get me into the vehicle I want without any problems, which I would highly recommend this humble individual again. Two weeks later and sitting on a lemon . Asked warranties, pushed for gap which don't kick in until 25-30 days. Paperwork signed that the vehicle was mechanically sound, which was elaborated three different times to me while signing that piece of paperwork which miraculously wasn't in my copy of the paperwork. Not only was that emphasized about being a mechanically sound once being in finalized with the lady who was taking care of the end process, she kept stressing something about a transmission issue may happen down the road so you may want some coverage or something almost implying that there is an existing issue. They've not been helpful, playing phone tag and not responding for days after manager said they would " trade me out," not trade in the junk I was sold. The issue still exist with no resolve from anyone I've tried to contact for a week and the Mechanic that I have looking at it said the transmission was a Band-Aid basically to last a couple months. The issue had already been there prior and had to be known. Still no resolve after phone tag for a week talking to sales manager finally who has employees in the background laughing at the financial burden they've placed on me. In the recording of the call not once did they deny knowing about the transmission issue instead talked around. Further actions will now be taken for lack of help from this business.
