Matthew can employ a number of different modalities and is good at choosing whatever will be the most effective. I don't know how he does it. In person I had hypnosis that completely turned my mood around, left me feeling peaceful and helped eradicate some long held negative beliefs. On the phone, on two occasions he did remote healing. Once I was between flights and my back was in severe pain. I called him and within minutes I felt fine and was able to take the 2nd flight with no issues. Another time I called when my low back was in agony after driving for an hour; I had 5 hours to go.
