I met another customer at the entrance with the same complaint who also called ahead. I wonder if the owner/management is aware that their employees leave work early. Are they getting paid for a full day's work? I hope not! When I worked retail, we were not allowed to lock up until closing time and we had to provide service to any customers remaining in the store. Then we were allowed close. After that we worked to clean and prepare for the next business day. That's how to run a retail business.

I went to Ashimoto after having a terrible trial experience at another vendor. Meryl had me meet her at her favored hair stylists salon in Cranford where Naomi would do my hair and she would do my makeup. Well I loved the trial and it lasted all day but my hair did fall out. Naomi assured me the day of she would use enough spray and my hair would hold. I bought extensions and ran everything by Naomi. The day of my wedding came and Naomi showed up late (she was lost) she did my mother's hair which my mother hated. She said Naomi was not listening to her and she would rather do it herself. Naomi finally did my hair and it looked beautiful. She seemed to be in a rush because she didn't even wait till everyone was done before she left. Within an hour of my hair being done my curls were straight again and my hair looked FRIZZY. Now I have $4000 worth of pictures that look like a bride with FRIZZY hair instead of the curls I was promised. All of my girls hair fell down with bobby pins falling out of their hair as well done by Tracy. I did email Meryl to explain what happened and I received not even an email or a call back. Yes my makeup was fine except for having lip liner as my lipstick which just dried up my lips. I would NEVER recommend a company that couldn't even supply a hair style that lasted over an hour.
