We explained the situation and we were totally impressed by the great treatment we received. The replacement turned out to be less expensive than the item returned and I was refunded the difference.I didn't have a receipt and no idea what the shirt cost. She also told me to never come back, which seems like their MO. Don't waste your time or money on this place. The amount of anger and hostility towards my son and myself was alarming and quite honestly bewildered me. Rest assured, any chance of the store getting our business was gone.
