This was late February or early March and fortunately the store was open. We were greeted by a person who I suspect was the owner. We explained the situation and we were totally impressed by the great treatment we received. The replacement turned out to be less expensive than the item returned and I was refunded the difference.I didn't have a receipt and no idea what the shirt cost. I thought I have to review this interaction and kept forgetting to do so. While out to diner I saw a lady wearing a Sand Jamm shirt this evening which motivated me to finally do the review. While browsing the back of the store, a woman working there ran up and berrated my 11yr old son for "climbing and going in the back" while he was standing and looking at shirts. I was beyond confused by her accusations because there's no way he went back there. When I told her he wasn't in a "forbidden area" she snapped at me that I needed to "correct" my child. She also told me to never come back, which seems like their MO. Don't waste your time or money on this place. The amount of anger and hostility towards my son and myself was alarming and quite honestly bewildered me. Rest assured, any chance of the store getting our business was gone. My husband confronted the employee and she still was hostile. It was appalling.

We purchased a Disney's Frozen backpack for my goddaughter for $25. Upon returning to the hotel, we noticed the label said "lunchbox included". There was no lunchbox attached to the backpack! We went to the store the next day to get our money back. When we got to the store, we noticed they were selling the lunch boxes that were supposed to be attached to the backpacks for $15. Upon further research, Target and walmart sell the backpacks for $12 and the ones with lunch kits for $22! One good thing came out of this... The owner of the store gave us our money back without any issue after we confronted them about selling us a backpack without it's included lunchbox. It really is sad that these crooks will do anything for a profit at the expense of hard working families...
