The shop is located in Los Feliz and has a cozy, spiritual vibe. They carry a beautiful selection of crystals, singing bowls, and other wellness items that are fun to browse before or after your session. The staff was welcoming and took the time to explain the process, making the experience feel both relaxing and meaningful. The aura photo session was about $65, and it included a printed photo along with a brief reading explaining what each of the colors represented. The only downside was parking. It was by far the most challenging part of my visit. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and thought the experience was a good value for something so unique. I also heard they've opened a second location in Pasadena, and I'm looking forward to checking that one out for my next birthday tradition.

It's hard to miss when driving but if you have a reservation you can park in their lot. Visiting days are Wednesday, Friday, Sunday and you have to pre-book. The entrance ticket includes a short tour showing part of the downstairs house and after guests can walk around the meditation garden with the Labyrinth. I thought it was peaceful and calm, it was like a very small version of Self-Realization as there were grassy areas and benches to sit and relax and meditate. I appreciated the fountains because the sound of running water is so calming.

Beautiful studio. Colors are calming to your soul. I feel like this studio kind of reminded me of Barbie pink. There were about six reformers that were totally new. Very clean studio and cute to boot. There was good spacing between the reformers. Plenty of equipment to use like balls and wrist/ankle weights. Samantha will come and adjust you if needed. Samantha incorporates a little more yoga and breathing and reading of cards in her class compared to other places that I go to which to be quite honest I can do without, but to each their own. The other ladies seemed to like it. There's several lockers with a key if you need it. There's a place to sit either inside the studio or outside if you need to wait. Wipes given after class so that you can wipe up the equipment after you are done. Water available. There's even some tea! If you want to buy something like grip socks, she has those to. But while initially I was receiving appropriate response, at a certain point Kristin stopped responding to text chain she had started. While I completely respect busy schedules, if one truly is a healer and of a compassionate mind-set (and not simply in this for the $$), a compassionate response such as, "Hi, just super busy, but I hope to see you there tonight" after I'd paid the Vemmo and the appropriate follow up email I was promised would have been both the compassionate and professional response. (Or: I am not seeing your payment, can you send the confirmation? Or: I'm sorry, the event shows it's full; I apologize that there is no longer room). ANY communication back would have been better to dropped communication. So it seems that Kristin is communicative up to a certain point but if you require help with payment or follow up to attend, you might find yourself stranded as we were.

I did the infrared yoga class that I booked through class pass. The room is very intimate, it's smaller than the what I've experienced but it wasn't too bad. The teacher was awesome and you can tell she is an expert. Although the studio is small and right on a busy street I couldn't hear anything going on outside of the room. They have yoga mats and towels for purchase so best if you bring your own. They are very clean so after class you are to wipe down your blocks and mats. It was a nice experience overall and the showers were really just that cherry on top! Btw - parking is metered parking so you know that goes... go early!
