First of all, her costs are so affordable and reasonable compared to other lash places that I've heard about or seen. Her quality is fantastic, and she's such a sweet person. She makes me feel so comfortable every time I go to her. I started off with the classic lashes, and then after that, I decided to go with the hybrid. Ever since then, I've just stuck with going with the hybrid, and I've been so satisfied. They make my eyes pop a bit more, but also still look slightly natural. My lashes usually last for about 2-3 weeks before I come back for a refill. I feel so at peace when I come for my appointments because she plays this soft music in the background and just chats with you while working on your lashes. Just a heads up that her office is a little difficult to find, and you can either take the stairs or elevator to go to the floor that she's on. I can't imagine going anywhere else, and I am going to keep coming back to her for my lashes. I highly recommend her to anyone!

She was literally only down the road from where we were eating, so I got her number off the website/Yelp and texted her asking if she could squeeze us in. Luckily, she could! She would have to take my mom first then she would call up another worker to do my sister, then I would go last. But we took it anyway! I totally appreciated her willingness to accommodate us. When we got there, we found ourselves in a plaza surrounded by many other Asian establishments (we later learned we were in Chinatown!). It made me very happy to visit considering a girl from Hawai'i like me moving to Texas was a big culture shock. Being around Asians made me feel at home. We were greeted by Lois and she began right away! She had another worker come in later to do my sisters' facial (her name was Lily) and again we appreciated their kindness and care as they gave my sister a different facial more suited for her skin type. We opted for a $68/hour facial which ended up being the most peaceful and relaxing facial I've had. When it was my turn, I basically melted in my bed as Lois took care of me. During the facial she would tell me what to expect as she placed each product on my face and then she would check in on whether I was okay. When I awoke later, she showed me my face and I swear I went a complete shade lighter! She touched me up really good. I was a little concerned at first, when I noticed I was sharing my treatment room with two other customers. But everyone was very quiet and I was able to relax -- and practically fell asleep! The session starts with a very thorough scalp analysis. Which was interesting. I was happy to see that my hair and scalp are in very good condition. The shop is right on Fondren with plenty of parking available. You can walk in or make an appt ahead of time but they always have some availability. The shop is clean but there's no extra frills to distract you like at other shops. They have a few chairs and maybe 3-4 techs working at a time. They offer you a beverage and get right to business. Each time I'm left feeling good because the experience is great. Their prices are similar to old times ($40- gel pedicure and $25- regular manicure). If you're looking for a shop, check them out!
