Kait set up an appointment with Bob, the owner, to meet with us to discuss our needs and concerns and let us know he would get back to us after working with the scheduler, Heather, to let us know if they could staff the hours that we needed. Bob also reviewed the costs and the company's expectations of us as clients. I have read some of the complaints and feel they are unfounded. Businesses can't survive if they don't protect themselves. Comfort Keepers works very hard to assign and schedule caregivers that can meet the needs of each patient and they deserve respect if and when service needs to be cancelled. I personally worked with each caregiver to make sure they were comfortable with my mother-in-law and that my mother-in-law accepted them in her home. Each and every one of the care givers were well trained, kind, and respectful. The situation was challenging, and they were all wonderful!
