    Flowers fir a birthday!
    Napoleon M.

I walked in to this establishment and I was met with such enthusiasm and willingness to set me up with a great selection of flowers for my wife birthday. . There were several selection on display in the front case. I didn't want to settle for the go to color which is red so I asked for something else. He then showed me another stash that contained pink roses. I Immediately selected these pink roses which fits the occasion perfectly. As I conversed with Germel I found out that he is the new owner in which I found great enthusiasm to support this talented entrepreneur. I'm normally buying my wife flowers, just because! So now I have a new flower shop thanks Germel for dealing the deal and persuading me by your actions, to become your new customer. I found that this shop has flowers for all occasion and a fantastic array of colors. Bravo!!!

The flowers selected were healthy and beautiful. My mom loved it. The staff were very helpful when I called to figure out when the bouquet would be delivered. I wish they would give you a little bit of info on what type of flowers you can expect based on price range when selecting the designer's choice, but it is a nice surprise to get something that's not generic. I've tried a few florist in the area and this is by far one of the best. I will definitely use them again.

This pictures the day I received and today the 4th day Only reason keep it was to return it back to Eleanor's florist
    May W.

I give zero stars I receive Mother's Day flower a day ahead. Which is on May 9th Saturday. was left in front of my front door with no wrapping paper covimh the flower. just a box and some of the flower already half dead and one broken. I call right away to let Eleanor'florist know. The woman I spoke to she said her name is Jennifer. at first she was apologetic and I said to her would you like to see the photo. she say yes I sent her picture of my Flower arrangement. she said she was so sorry. she will talk to her florists and have my flower we deliver. I was told due to the volume of business she cannot deliver to me till Monday. Now is Monday evening I haven't heard or received anything ,so I called back. then she told me she want to make sure that, I had the freshes flowers to be delivered to me maybe Tuesday or Wednesday I say let's just do Wednesday then she told me she had multiple customer under my last name can I text her my first name and address. Which I texted her back right away. Now today is Wednesday 5:47pm. I just finished speaking to someone shut the phone to a gentleman told me nothing was wrong with my flower but one broken . as you could see how the story has change since I first contact them . this is not the kind of people you want to give your business to. they lie and they cheat you out of your money. Specially doing this COVID-19 when your children cannot be with you on Mother's Day.

We needed a sympathy arrangement for my mothers funeral last minute, and was overjoyed by the work Eleanor's Florist did. The staff was nice and accommodating and really made the process easy for us during a difficult time. Thank you Eleanor's Florist. We highly recommend.

However, what truly impressed me was how Scott's Flowers handled the situation. Kate was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. She listened carefully to my feedback, communicated with kindness and transparency, and personally made sure a replacement arrangement was created and delivered promptly. The replacement bouquet featured much fresher, higher-quality flowers, and I could clearly see the extra care that went into it. While the artistic style was still a little different from what had originally drawn me to the website, I truly appreciate the team's sincere effort and commitment to customer satisfaction. Mistakes can happen, but outstanding customer service is what earns trust and loyalty. Kate turned what could have been a disappointing experience into one that made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you, Kate, for your professionalism, patience, and genuine care. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Scott's Flowers again because of the excellent customer service you provided.

As our floral designer, she guided us every step of the way, asked thoughtful questions, understood our vision, and made sure every floral detail matched what we had envisioned for our special day. For our Indian ceremony, the garlands, bouquets, and mandap were absolutely beautiful and beyond what we imagined. For our Cambodian ceremony, the flower arch and floral arrangements were stunning and created the perfect backdrop for the celebration. The reception décor was equally gorgeous. The centerpieces, sweetheart loveseat, and flower arch beautifully matched our theme and created a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere. Every floral arrangement was thoughtfully designed and added so much beauty to our venue. Thank you, Sumithra, for bringing our wedding vision to life and making each ceremony and our reception so memorable. We received so many compliments from our guests and could not have been happier with how everything turned out. We highly recommend Forest Hills Lilies of the Valley!

We paid a deposit when booking and were told they understood exactly what we wanted and that we were the only wedding booked for our date at the time. As the wedding approached, we repeatedly had to call and visit the shop to correct details that had been forgotten or misunderstood. We also did not receive a contract until much later in the process, despite already having paid a deposit and having made our arrangements. That was definitely a learning experience for us, and we now know how important it is to have everything clearly documented from the beginning. Unfortunately, even after all of the communication and corrections, when we picked up our flowers the day before our wedding, every single arrangement was wrong, including the bridal bouquet. We had provided specific pictures and clear instructions. The request was simple: roses were supposed to be reserved for the bride, with different white flowers used throughout the rest of the wedding. Instead, roses were used in everything. When we brought this to their attention, we were essentially told that these were the flowers that had been ordered and that there was nothing they could do to fix it. We were also told there were multiple weddings that day, but that should never come at the expense of providing customers with what they ordered. The flowers also could not be delivered the morning of the wedding as originally expected. Thankfully, another florist was able to step in and fix what they could, but having to deal with this the day before our wedding was incredibly stressful and disappointing. What was most frustrating was not simply that a mistake was made, it was the lack of accountability and customer service afterward. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says everything. Our wedding day was beautiful despite this experience, but this was absolutely not what we expected after investing a considerable amount of money and communicating our vision so many times. I sincerely hope this was a major mistake and not intentional, but regardless, I would strongly recommend future couples get everything in writing from the beginning, make sure every detail is documented, and double-check everything before trusting this florist with their wedding day. This place was a shitshow. I needed a last minute bridal bouquet. I called and spoke to a woman who…read morehas less than pleasant, but I complied and accommodated her best with her requests for timing and such. After the call, she sent me a stock photo of what the bouquet would look like. When I got to the flower shop to pick it up, the bouquet looked nothing like it. The woman who I had spoken with wasn't there. The (what looked like or seemed to be) owner was too busy to acknowledge me or even greet me, rummaging through some decorations and arrangements and yelling in Russian at a younger kid, or to ask me what I needed or anything of the sorts. (!) Regarding the arrangement and aesthetics of the bouquet, I wanted calla lilies and while the bouquet was comprised of the flowers, it had zero appeal, beauty or real floral vibrancy. It honestly looked like it had just been sloppily put together, with no real sense of taste, finesse or care. I had to push for it to be reworked - a poor worker did help me out in the end (by going back and fixing it 2-3 times) and I did finally walk out of there somewhat at peace, but the forceful, "send it back to upgrade/better it" notion of it left a bitter taste in my mouth. I'll never go back, for the overall service and quality of the product.
