The first order was last week was missing a teddy bear & the wrong arrangement. They sent the teddy bear separate after my boyfriend called to tell them. Today received order for Valentine Day. The order was supposed to be a dozen long stem roses with balloons instead it only came with 10 roses that were not long stem & no balloons. They said long stem is 60 cm which is almost 24 inches. They were lucky if they were 18 inches.Then they sent a replacement with only 11 still no balloons. I went to the store to say this is unacceptable & to show them their mistakes. They try to say but you have 21 roses. I explained it's not about the amount but about the principle. The "manager" tried to give me some less quality arrangment of roses filled with baby breath. I had to tell him I see the quality difference. I'm not a fool. You would think they would make a better arrangement since I'm there......no they just made the arrangement that I should have received plus a couple of extra roses still no balloons. The arrangement should have been much better since I actually had to go to the store & for the numerous mistakes. I wasn't satisfied with just giving me an arrangement with a couple of extra roses. I choose for my boyfriend to get a refund. Also the manager told me to come back after Valentines to correct the order from last week. He's too busy to deal with it. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARN MONEY HERE IF YOU WANT FLOWERS DELIVERED THE WAY IT LOOKS IN THE PICTURE.

The clerk, Judy R., was inappropriate, dismissive, and unprofessional in the way she communicated. She went back and forth with me in a disrespectful tone while I was simply asking questions to make an informed purchase. I had to address her directly about how inappropriate her behavior and customer service were. Another employee ( female) was equally rude and dismissive. She was asked about the price of a specific reef that purchased 2 days pryor by my sister- in law. She the ( 2nd female employee) sold it for a price less than what was advertised. All i wanted was to purchase the reef at the good price that was sold 2 days prior. NO BEEF NO HASSLE- just a purchase. When a male staff member approached and asked what happened, I attempted to explain briefly, but he immediately cut in with "how can we help you?" in a way that felt dismissive rather than genuinely helpful. Despite the poor treatment, I still went through with the purchase and spent $175. However, no customer--especially someone shopping for a funeral--should be treated this way. This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and compassion across the staff. As an All my life member and Educator of my community, (SPANISH HARLEM-EL BARRIO, I cannot support a business where customers are treated with such disregard. I would not recommend The 116 Th Flowers based on this experience.

We brought our flower containers that we wanted to use and I explained what color & type of flowers we wanted and how we wanted the centerpieces done. They did an amazing job the flowers came out beautifully our event was 5-5-2025 and the flowers were beautiful and fresh. Today is 5-15-2025 and they are starting to wilt just giving you an idea of the freshness of the flowers. Lucy exceeded expectations. She created 50 large centerpieces, bridal bouquets, boutonnieres among other arrangements. They were all gorgeous. the pictures speak for themselves. I would definitely recommend her for large events, small events, anything. Not only is she creative, she was accommodating to our needs and listened to our input. I must have changed my centerpiece design at least three times. And each time she would create a sample centerpiece until we finally got it right. One of the most impressive things she did was sticking around to take down the floral arrangements from the ceremony and using them to decorate the reception hall. I did not ask her to do this, she was thoughtful and sweet enough to do it on her own. I seriously cannot say enough great things about Lucy. She is a master at her craft.
