The infrastructure in our home is very outdated and Marc drove to four different stores in one day to find the right parts for everything (plus an Amazon order for a part that wasn't available on island). He fixed the leak and was even able to fix our shower handle that hasn't worked properly for at least 4 years. 3 other plumbers had said it wasn't possible to do without tearing apart the wall and replacing the pipes. Marc took the time to R&D and got it done for us, quickly too. So grateful that he didn't give up on it. Such a nice and genuine guy.
