One of the ways Angie is so different than all the other spray tans I've had before- she customizes a color based on your skin tone and undertones! The color is absolutely perfect- and it stays on way longer than any other spray tan I've had before. Angie is so sweet, goes out of her to give you exactly what you want and makes sure it's all perfect!! This included the most amazing hot stone massage on my aching legs. The massage was both firm and comfortable. She did a really great job. The shop is huge compared to the ones I frequent in NoVA. There's a large area for hair and plenty of nail stations. The chairs were extremely modern and the chair massages worked great. I don't know why it's taken a while for me to find this place.

In all my years of indoor tanning I have never received the quantity or quality of information they provided. Your customer service is awesome ladies! I was instructed that I could only cancel once the second billing hit my account. Saturday June 13 I once again asked if I could cancel my membership. I was told that I couldn't cancel at the spa and was handed a number to call. Unfortunately the number is only good M-F. The billing hit my account on Monday June 15th. Today June 17 I called to cancel my membership only to be told I need to give a 30 day notice, therefore another month would be charged to my card and I should have read the fine print. So by waiting until the billing hit my account, I am already past the 30 day window. Today when I confronted the staff of my displeasure, she informed me that I could have cancelled before the second billing instead of waiting for the second billing, which is not what I was originally told. Misinformation by the staff is poor customer service at my expense.
