Everyone says it's pricey, however, it's pretty much right on the mark with other salons. With that being said, I have to say that I absolutely love this location! Ever since I walked in for the first time at the end of November, I feel as though I am the only customer. I was immediately greeted by my personal favorite pixie, Ann! She has been the sweetest, most awesome, best customer service personnel that I have encountered in a long time. I don't think this chic has a single bad day ever! (Super jealous of her Suzie Sunshine personality ). Her warm and gracious smile always makes your day better! From what I have observed, she knows almost everyone that walks thru the door and personally greets them all!! I was only there to purchase a month long package, so I could tan before my vacation and she was spot on with her reccommendations for the entire time leading up to my trip! (Yes, my tan rocked the entire time in South America). So for that, kudos to you Ann for getting me ready! Monthly packages are a bit more pricey, as opposed to getting the auto draft packages. However, I was thrilled to receive a phone call from Ann just before Christmas to tell me that they were having a killer sale and I "had to come in to see her", which of course I did and man, was that worth it! A tip... watch for their sales and jump on them!!! So now I am set for a year, watch out Hampton Roads, this lady has her tan on! :-) With all of their packages, you can visit any of their locations. I believe it's 19 total, correct me if I'm wrong, so you always have one nearby. They also have great specials on their lotions, watch for the specials, as we know lotion isn't cheap... but their deals are awesome, jump when they say jump! Their beds are AWESOMESAUCE and clean! There are so many rooms that you rarely have to wait (I haven't yet, so that's a bonus) . Their Blueberry at this location has aromatherapy, a misting feature, and an annoying lady that talks to you (recommend turning that feature off when you get in). Now, I must talk about "Fabio", the zero gravity massage chair. Holy crap on a cracker, can I just say, he will be my new boyfriend! This chair molds to your body and hits every spot that you need! Wow, Wow, Wow.... yes, yes, yes, please, again! Okay, sorry, just thinking of how amazeballs this chair makes you feel! This VA Beach Blvd location is the BEST! I highly recommend this place! Do yourself a favor and go see Ann, she will do everything to make you feel special! I know there are other spa services, however, at this time I haven't tried them all, but will update once I do!
