They quoted me $350 to send the wheel for a weld/repair or $950 for a refurb oem. After reaching out to several shops a few of them who couldn't do the repair recommended American Factory Wheel. I gave them a call to see if I could do same day even though it was afternoon already. The person who picked up the phone was very nice and told me the soonest would be the next day morning and I could book through their website. As soon as I hung up I immediately received a text with a quote and link. Booking through their website was fast and easy. Came in today for my 9:30am appointment and Darren helped check me in, drove it into the shop and within a few minutes confirmed the crack is repairable with a cash/card quote and about 2 hour turnaround. They finished at 11:20 just under 2 hours. Cost was $242 OTD with card. Easy, fast, great service, good price

While the leak itself wasn't a big issue, once the ceiling was opened we discovered that all of our copper pipes were badly corroded. They recommended a full repipe of our home. We have a 4,000 square foot house, so this was a huge project. I got multiple quotes, and Burtech landed right in the middle price-wise. What really stood out to me was how willing they were to work with my specific requests. I had major stipulations, especially that they complete the repipe without visually accessing our kitchen, and they made it happen. They worked with our timeline, and Jose was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. I'll admit I was a bit needy with questions, but he was always patient, understanding, and responsive. The estimate they gave us was exactly what we paid in the end--no surprise costs at all. The repipe itself was major (60+ holes throughout the house), but they worked so efficiently that it never felt overly intrusive. They were very clean, vacuumed and cleaned up every day, and truly respected our home. We have two young kids who nap, and they even worked around nap schedules so they weren't in certain rooms during that time. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with Burtech Plumbing. That pricing was a major selling point and one of the reasons I chose them over other companies at the time. When I recently called to schedule my annual service, I was told the program had been discontinued and I would need to enroll in a new VIP plan at a significantly higher cost ($200+). The new pricing represents a substantial increase from what was originally promised. They stated they attempted to notify customers of the change, but I never agreed to any modification of the original terms. When I asked for documentation showing that the agreement allowed for this change, none was provided. After multiple exchanges, they did not budge and continued to repeat the same generic explanation rather than addressing the core issue of honoring the original agreement. I mean if they are going to promise the LIFE of the unit and then change the policy they should at a minimum give people under the previous plan at least 3-5 years before transitioning just out of fairness, not just cut them off the next year after. It's obviously fine to charge the new price to new customers. Anyway, at no point was there any effort to resolve the situation or offer a reasonable accommodation. I've been around a long time and dealt with many businesses, I've never seen anything like this. Given their otherwise strong reputation and BBB rating, this was particularly disappointing. As a long-term retired military customer who values reliability and transparency when choosing companies to service my home, this experience fell very short. Customers should be aware that long-term pricing commitments will not be honored or grandfathered and replaced with significantly higher-cost programs based on daily business decisions.

They use an ear-piercing gun and have a decent variety of studs to choose from. The stud metals include 14-karat white and yellow gold, surgical steel, and titanium. The procedure itself was very quick and, according to my child, was completely painless. The price for the piercing and earrings (a set) together was $125. No appointment was required, which made it very easy. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a local ear-piercing spot and you don't want to go to a tattoo shop or an adult piercing place that would likely charge you a lot more. I thought the price was very reasonable for services provided.

They explicitly gave me a flat price of $499 for a display replacement. Based entirely on that number, I took the time out of my day to drive down, drop off my machine, and pay a non-refundable $30 diagnostic fee. However, once they had my laptop completely disassembled on their workbench, the price suddenly jumped by $100 to a new quote of $599. When I questioned why the price changed from their written quote, they claimed that the initial $499 price was actually only for a "B-Grade" used screen with scuffs and scratches on the outer casing. If I wanted a normal-looking, flawless screen ("A-Grade"), I had to pay the higher premium. They had my exact model number from the very first text. Withholding information about different "grades" of used parts until a customer's laptop is already taken apart in your shop is a highly deceptive business practice. Had they been transparent upfront that a standard screen replacement would cost $599, I would have opted to go to the Apple Store instead of wasting my time and money here. I paid the $30 fee just to get my laptop put back together and returned to me. Go to Apple or a more transparent shop that honors their initial quotes.

He is extremely knowledgeable, and was able to fix our "classic" GE Profile side-by-side refrigerator (read: trusty long-timer, past era quality), as he calls it, in the "old school style." Since this is an older model, he didn't have the correct part in his van. So that we wouldn't have to continue to be without a refrigerator, he cleverly MacGyvered a part he had, and our 20+ year old refrigerator continues to work several years after this event. Anthony was excited to see our other vintage appliances, an O'Keefe & Merritt range and oven. He trained on these; it's great to know that there is someone with experience on a variety of makes, models, and eras. Reasonable cost, prompt service, skilled and kind man; we will definitely call on Anthony again for any appliance repair needs.
