The ambience and service at electric were top notch. We went in on a friday and found plenty of seating still, and were served within seconds of sitting down. The women behind the bar are very knowledgeable and provided us with awesome recommendations in regards to which beer to try, since this was our first time here. I reccomend you try The Ballad of a Dead Soldier, very flavorful DDH IPA with citra and galaxy hops. Their merch is quite expensive and their 4 packs were pretty standard (21$) They don't serve food here so youd have to bring your own, which their okay with, and this place is puppy friendly, so feel free to bring in your fur babies!! They also make a michelada that is rumored to be pretty good! we didnt have time to try it as we were hitting a few breweries on our way to san diego. This was our 2nd stop during a self navigated Temecula brewery hop. I'm a sucker for a 5 star yelp review so even though I hadn't heard of these guys, I had to check it out. The place was empty, at 11am. :) I like the open feel and industrial brewery look. It was definitely clean and smelled of fresh popped popcorn, which we definitely took advantage of. The bartender overheard us talking about playing cards, and went and found us an old deck that the employees had laying around. Great service. As for the beer, they all had distinct flavors. The double Citra Pale Ale was one of my favorite beers I had all day, among six different breweries. I really like the branding for this brewery. Great logos, and theme. Even the flight tray's are some of the nicest I've seen. If I ever return to Temecula, Electric will definitely be on my list of places to stop. I'll also keep an eye out for their beers on the shelves near me. read more

My significant other and I came here to try the just released Technical Difficulties IPA and the revamped Grove For Broke. We ordered/shared a pint of each and these juice bombs didn't disappoint. If you like juicy, hazy IPA's these are a must try. I also tried Juice N Waffles IPA. It also was very good. The staff was extremely professional, courteous and prompt. Being that it was a Saturday this place was packed, but as I said service was prompt from the moment we walked in. They also had a food truck on hand which was great. Came to electric brewing on a saturday to buy a growler and Sunday to have a flight. Daniel was really cool and answered any question my fiancée and I had. Good/friendly service + really good beer = awesome Pretty nice spot. Lots of room. They have about 3 or 4 picnic tables, seating along the tanks/fermenter and seating at the bar. They have music playing.. but not crazy loud to where you can't hear who your speaking with. Place is pretty well kept and organized. They have flights, nothing preset or deals set for getting a flight. Taster prices are $2 and the dark side is $3.50 Death by snu snu - really good imperial red ale. Tasty and has a good flavor balance. Ginger ninja- has good aroma and has a nice taste of local ginger. Perfect balance of ginger/sweet Mother heifer - Nitro milk stout. Malted barley hops, milk sugar and yeast. This is a really good stout. Smooth and refreshing. Easy on the taste buds. The dark side- Russian imperial stout. 11.5%abv. If you like your coffee strong.. then this is a must try. I like black bitter coffee with very little sugar and this is a good example of a that. This type of stout is not your "I'm thirsty" drink.. be prepared to sip and enjoy this lovely balance of espresso and unsweetened cocoa. All in all.. This was love at first sight! I'll tell ya right now, I am a sucker for a good haze (New England Style IPA). I like my haze lookin like Louisiana swamp water. I like it so dirty that I cant even see a shadow through it. I like it murky like a dirty fish tank! Pickin up what I'm laying down? That being said, a few friends and I went down to Temecula to play some golf and drink some wine. One of the guys through an audible and suggested we hit a brewery instead. I yelped a couple spots hoping to find some haze. I stumbled across Electric. Another yelper took a pic of their beer and it was filthy :) , which to me is perfect. I walked in and asked if they had a haze. The sweet lady replied, "I have 6!" I almost threw a ring on her finger right there and then. I tried 5/6 hazies. They were all fantastic! I heard the hype about Temecula beers so we decided to make the drive and check out a couple of breweries. This was our second stop as we made our way to SD. I liked it here because there was a lot of space. There's not much seating but there's definitely room if you don't mind standing. When we went it wasn't crowded, but I can tell that people really enjoy coming here so it probably does fill up. The beers, for me, were ok. I think my favorite was the State of Anger. Since it was an Imperial IPA I thought it would be a solid palate killer. However, they did a good job of balancing it out so it was more juicy than hoppy. The others didn't stand out too much. They have a Crowler machine-deal so they are able to can your beers instead of using a small growler. The can (crowler) keeps your beer fresh longer so you can sit on something for a while. That's helpful. read more

I can't really comment or review their beer because we were never given the chance to order it. I can however comment on their customer service. I sat at the bar shortly after opening. There was plenty of seating and it wasn't overly crowded for a Saturday. I wanted to try a flight and told the bartender to help the person in line while I decided. He offered no input or suggestions and seemed irritated that I didn't immediately know what I wanted to try. (They had 10 or so to choose from). He proceeded to help not only the person in line but the 6 people that came in after. As soon as the line at bar was gone he ignored me and started chatting with a friend. After watching him chat for 5 minutes I decided to leave. There are too many good craft breweries in the area to put up with crappy and rude customer service. Do yourself a favor and try one of the 100+ other local craft breweries instead. read more

This may be my new favorite brewery in the area. The brewery itself is spacious with some pretty nice wood work. The owner is very nice, (Justin I believe). He was more than happy to explain all facets of his beer and how they came up with each name. His beer has a very big "drinkability" factor to them. Meaning the India Pale Ale isn't going to make you feel like you are chomping on tin foil and the lagers (and some ales) are not going to be flat. Excellent, excellent product. Plus they have a popcorn machine and free popcorn, how can you beat that!? I took a growler home and actually drank all of it. (It was the Border Hopper and it is the perfect summer beer). Electric Brewing is the place you go when you want a cold beer & quality time without your cell phone. It's a quiet brewery (which most are) so there's no music or band, so you're not taking over anything. The brewery is decently priced with different range in sizes. Great little place. Variety of different beers than some other local breweries. But - you ABSOLUTELY MUST have the Michelada. Omg. To die for. I go there just for that drink. I crave it. This brewery quickly became our favorite local brewery, bar none! The bartenders and staff here are EXCEPTIONAL! Without a doubt, some of the best IPA's we've tried, but appreciate that they also have several other styles on tap when I'm looking for something different. The atmosphere here draws us back every time. Very open, welcoming and social. We LOVE how often they brew new batches, and constantly look forward to coming in weekly to try new brews.
