He worked with us on the front and back yard with the perfect landscape lighting and he presented us with a plan that is exactly what we wanted. His lights are able to be individually adjusted to the exact brightness desired and they have a long warranty! He owns the company and does the work so we had the benefit of having the designer actually do the installation! We feel like the price is fair and we were so impressed with his professionalism and follow through. The lighting has enhanced our outdoor spaces and also provides us with dusk to dawn security so we don't have to remember to turn them on or mess with timers and we said bye to those annoying solar lights! I truly am a customer. I purchased six table lamps and three pendants from Tiffany. She was a dream to work with and incredibly helpful. She's kind, caring and considerate. Returns: "we'd have to discuss that." I asked if I could see the fixture I'd be ordering. Alison pointed at the binder. The binder photo was 240 pixels wide and appeared to be a scan of a fax. My issue is their exchange policy…read more When you're in the store, everything is lit up is so you can't see how much light a fixture emits or how it lights up, because it's so bright in there. We ordered three lights back in May (I think) and they were just installed. They were installed with no issue and the two gentlemen did a great job. I have no complaints or issues to write about. Once it finally got dark and we turned on the kitchen light, we realized we didn't like it. I called and asked if we could exchange it for a different one and was told "because wires had been cut and it's already mounted on the ceiling, it can't be returned." That is a stark contrast to what the sales associate told me. She said we could return it. I'm really annoyed at the whole situation. So I'll leave you with this, find out the return/exchange policy BEFORE installation. If the policy is awful like theirs and you still want to purchase from them, while in the showroom, ask them to turn off all the lights in the area so you can see what the light looks like. I'm pretty bummed because I enjoyed looking at the lights and have made many purchases over the years here. I think I'll take my money elsewhere. I'm sure it's no skin off their backs, but now I have a light I don't want to even turn on. Also, price check before purchasing. I found two lights cheaper elsewhere shortly after purchasing. Thankfully, they price matched.
