They guided me on potential DIY solution, but also helped me realize that we needed a professional inspection. Terry asked for input and photos before he arrived and was easily able to discern what parts were needed before he arrived. Once he tested the breaker and realized it needed replacement, he already had the necessary parts, saving what usually means a few back and forth trips to the home store and extended job time. I was really happy with how quickly and efficiently he took care of the issue. The final price was in line with the quote.
