Given the high cost, I expected at least some visible improvement or clearer guidance about what results were realistically possible. The outcome did not match what was implied during the consultation, and looking back, I feel the expectations were oversold compared to what the treatment actually delivered. I decided to try the salon for a Brazilian after buying a deal through groupon. The salon itself is very clean, and welcoming. Tiffany explained to me that she uses soy wax. The benefit of this type of wax is it supposedly only adheres to the hair, not the skin.... I believe she was misinformed. The wax itself was relatively painless, and at the end she asked me to look to see if anything needed touched up... well it was pretty dark and I couldn't see much, so I said it was fine. When I got home, I noticed that she had clearly missed some sections, which was pretty disappointing, but what was worse was the bright red color of my skin. At first, I thought it was just irritated from the service, so I didn't worry. The next day the skin was no longer red, it was SCABBED! A section about 3"x 1/2" of my skin had been removed and was now scabbed; it was not attractive, comfortable or acceptable. I really liked Tiffany, and the salon was very cute. Unfortunately, I can't go back, or recommend her waxing services.

I highly recommend it and only wish it was closer to my house, but definitely worth the drive.
