His appointment was at 7:50 a.m. and was told to be there at 7:20 a.m. He didn't get called back until after 8 and after sitting in the freezing room almost naked for 25 minutes he got dressed and left. He was at office for an hour and assume first patient. He was frustrated with the waiting and doctors not concerned with patient time. He also had a job to get to. I had Mohs surgery in March and went back the Thursday after my husband for a wound check. My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. so got there at 9:45 a.m. I was called back to the room at 11:02 a.m. and saw doctor for maybe 3 minutes. Not sure why a 3 minute appointment is over an hour wait. There were others in waiting room getting frustrated with the wait.

Didn't get her name but she worked directly with Dr Balle. We saw Dr Balle regarding some questionable skin areas. He was friendly and nice, kind of soft spoken and very gentle. He shared he recently moved from Oregon and the patient population here is very different than there. He froze off multiple areas and did a skin biopsy on one area. So grateful that he didn't look at us and tell us to come back. He took care of us same visit. My husband hasn't been to the skin doctor in years because he didn't want to be lectured that he should stay out of the sun. He works construction and covers his entire body. No lecture today, gentle reminders. Thank you Dr Balle!

I only have experience with Connie Nall at Simply Nails. I have finally found my girl. After being in AZ for 7 years and looking for someone that does nails the 'proper' way as I was taught, has been very hard to come by. But I found her. She did everything right and my nails looked great. You pay for what you get, and I am worth it. Means a lot to have clean implements, and new files being used.. If you're just looking for the cheapest salon and will settle for any old set, then you probably don't want to see Connie. She does it the right way and what a difference.
