I was also told that the girl who did it no longer worked there (Carrie). Every time I called, they said I'd have to speak to the owner. Tried for weeks. Finally, I looked him up on Facebook and got his contact information. For weeks, I was brushed off. I'm not sure why it had to be him who was going to pierce it again but this was horrible service on the owner's part. The piercing was $140.
