Electric Ramen was a fantastic find! The food was incredibly flavorful, the atmosphere was fun and relaxed, and the colorful artwork covering the walls gave the place a lot of personality. While the ramen is excellent, they also have a great variety of other dishes if ramen isn't your thing. I ordered the truffle mushroom bao, and it was absolutely amazing--one of the best meals I've had in a while. They also have a solid kids' menu. I appreciated that they didn't shrink the portion sizes just because it's a children's meal--it was the perfect amount for my 11-year-old, with options that kids actually enjoy. To top it all off, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. The prices are very reasonable. We'll definitely be back! read more

The food is incredible, and everyone working is so kind! A group of us stopped in for dinner, and ordered bibimbap, sesame-ginger pork gyoza, Korean bbq pork ramen, truffled wild mushroom ramen, and roasted chicken & dumplings ramen. All dishes were so unique and flavorful, we all collectively loved the gyoza, and I think that our favorite ramen was the Korean bbq pork, but everything was absolutely delicious. The folks working behind the counter were so nice, when you walk in, you immediately smell great food, but also see their menu clearly laid out. You walk up to order, pick out a drink, and then they will bring your order to you. We can't wait to visit again! read more

I was hoping that this restaurant would be as good as a similar establishment in Jackson, but it wasn't. That being said, the food was good, and it was nice to have something a little different from the local norm. We split a pork steam bun, and it was cooked just right. I had the Korean Pork Ramen Bowl. Ordering a full-size allowed me to have leftovers for the next day's lunch. The broth is terrific, just not the best I've had. My husband had the Nueske Bacon & Kimchi Ramen Bowl, and a half-size filled him up. He said it was good. Drinks are available for purchase inside a small cooler when you walk in. This allows variety, but no free water cups, which is all I wanted. The vibe is casual and reminded me of something you'd find on a college town. Very friendly staff. I will return to try additional items, but it's not something that I left there craving more. read more

This is the best place to get gourmet ramen that I know of. Every flavor is unique and delicious, and the portion sizes will not disappoint, though you do pay around 17 for a full bowl. Employees are friendly and will gladly answer any questions. The interior of the restaurant is awesome, so many cool cyberpunk and space/sci-fi themed decorations. I wish the air conditioning wasn't as loud, but that is my ONLY complaint. read more

This place is ramen heaven! And the best part is that their menu isn't limited to Ramen. But being a ramen fanatic, I'll focus of ramen. When I ordered, they offered me a choice of rice noodle or ramen noodle. (Ramen noodle, please!) Normally, I would have taken a picture of my food, but I was so hungry that I didn't think of it until it was too late. Served piping hot with abundant toppings, including the classic soft boiled egg, and a generous amount of ramen noodle. You can adjust your level of spice with a shaker at the table. When I finished my bowl, I was full. When you walk in, you're greeted by a large overhead menu and someone at a register to take your order. I didn't find the person particularly friendly, but I didn't care. I was hungry. There were only six tables because they were spaced far apart which I found reminiscent of COVID. The art on the walls was astrological. One landscape showed a planet like Saturn so close it could have been a moon. Glad we were finally able to make it in to try it out. As a family we really enjoy ramen and it was a pleasure to have so many different varieties to choose from. A good vegan meal is hard to find in this area but the Truffled Mushroom ramen was really tasty. Definitely some unique flavors! We ordered online and picked up. This place is delicious. Rice is a little dry, pot stickers are good. Decorations looks like they were ordered off of Sheen. I know it doesn't really matter, but it adds to the ambience if they have nice decorations. Service is really good and very nice. read more

Food 5/5 We started with the pork pot stickers, got the Korean bbq pork ramen, roasted chicken and dumpling ramen, and the pad thai with chicken. Pork pot stickers were ok, they're crispy and the soy dipping sauce was good, we plan to try the veggie ones and see if those are any better, the pork just doesn't have much to offer flavor-wise. The ramen bowls were delicious. My sister got the bbq pork ramen and loved it. She really enjoys the mushrooms. I got the chicken and dumpling ramen. The dumplings are the popstickers, just not crispy. My molten egg came out cold in the middle, so I just let it sit in my broth for a while. The pad thai was really good as well, a sweet yet subtly spicy broth really brought the flavors all together. Service 5/5 Took us a minute to order cause we always have trouble deciding, but they were ready for us when we were. Ordering was seamless, and then we sat at our table to wait. Did not take very long for our food to come out, and it was stunning. The lovely lady who brought our food out was super friendly and nice. Ambiance 5/5 Place is super cute. Chalkboard designs, cool pictures, and neon lights. Little plants around the place really give the place a welcoming, home-y feel. read more

Third time we ordered from here and absolutely the last. White rice with salt has more flavor. The goyza was flavorless - just tasted like nothing, just not good at all. Very very bland and the soy sauce or whatever dipping sauce given was watered down The pad Thai. Omg. Maybe some of the worst food I have ever paid for. NO SAUCE. Like literally plain rice noodles and the tofu was cut in huge chunks. That's just lazy. It was barely cooked. I couldn't eat this it was pretty just disgusting and I was appalled to see 4 men behind the counter and no one else in the restaurant. We picked up last night 4/27 and will never come back. How do you put a bunch of plain rice noodles in a bowl and pass that off as pad Thai ? Bc there was some crushed peanuts on top ? LOL what a joke read more

This is a hard review to leave because the staff were great. The ambiance is cool and the dream is apparent. But, if you're Asian or have been exposed to Asian food and ramen, this is not the place for you. I had the bbq pork belly bao, mushroom ramen and the birria ramen. The bai bun itself was good and soft. This item is probably more of a personal preference than it just being "bad". My daughter liked it. I did not. I didn't like the flavor combos and the pork belly was hard and a little dry. The mushroom ramen broth had some very salty mushrooms and the udon noodles were mush. The birria definitely had that birria flavor profile but was missing something. We couldn't quite put our fingers on it. Maybe it was missing so me salt. I didn't like it and my daughter needed to box it up and "fix" it at home. We come from eating a lot of Asian food and Asian inspired foods. This did not hit. Overall, I'd say if you've never had ramen before then maybe you'd like this. It was jammed packed with a bunch of people that seemed to enjoy their meals. read more

First time trying Electric Ramen! My husband and I both got the Korean BBQ Pork. I was looking to increase the spice on the website but it looks like there was only a specific spicy chicken miso SUB option and I didn't want to sub the pork bone broth. It ended up being a great portion size (full) and was really flavorful! There was a kick to it but not too much. I still wish there were a few other spice options but I still really enjoyed it. Also, the pork meat portion was generous and it was good. Might try the chicken miso spice next time. The staff was nice at pick-up, as well. I'm so glad we have this spot in Brighton now! read more

It wasn't very good (pork belly flavor, and overall glavor) and we spent a lot, the dumplings were decent but the meals I felt were blah, not a lot of flavor, a lot of rice and I paid for extra meat, which I felt was a no show. my husband just said it was ok. $70+ is a lot to spend on two meals and I think this is my fourth review and my last. read more
