This place was a really nice find. The food is amazing! You get a lot of food and we went for lunch and it was not expensive at all. Great service as well.

I came for the bulgolgi burrito but the chef who makes that was out of town. I ended up going with bulgolgi dolsat and it didn't disappoint. When I tell you not a kernel was left on that stone bowl. I mean it !! All of the food was delicious. I'm glad I found this place . I usually get my Korean either in Windsor Ontario, or Troy Michigan. It's great not to have to drive that far.

Check your take out order when you pick it up. I just got home opened my takeout order, Hibachi noodles with Chicken and ended up with greasy steak instead. When I called to complain they wanted me to drive my order 15 min back across town so they could "check it for me". Like I don't know the difference between the look and taste of steak vs chicken. Never again

They have an extensive food menu as well as a separate sushi menu. They have a small store at the front of the restaurant. There is a separate sushi bar, bar area with some booths and the silk flower lined ceiling Brad is our waiter, he seems nice and attentive. We started off with tteokbokki (dduk bokkie) with mozzarella cheese added ($3), corn tea, spicy fire chicken with cheese (buldak), fancy lobster roll sounds good but krab salad instead of shrimp and a Philly roll with krab salad instead of the salmon. The tea doesn't taste like corn tea, more like the barley tea. $3 is pretty hefty for the very little you get on the tteok bokki. The tteok bokki tastes good, it's soupy here. No egg in ours. :( The spiciness of the sauce gets you a bit towards the end. We got miso with our meal. The buldak comes on a small cast iron plate, it tastes decent but not sure it's worth $20 for this sized plate of food. The buldak is definitely spicy, medium plus. There are bits of minced chicken. We unfortunately got our bowl of rice for the buldak after we had eaten most of the buldak. The banchans were out: spinach, fish cake, bean sprout, pickled cucumber, pickled zucchini, kimchi and shredded daikon radish and cold chicken salad. The spinach, daikon radish, bean sprouts and kimchi were the better of the 8 banchans, but they give you a good variety of banchans here. The Philly roll wasn't bad, as expected. The fancy lobster roll was tall, the top is a lobster salad, looks like raw chicken. Had to double check the lobster was cooked. The roll was not for me. Service was good, food was just okay, nothing special and definitely not worth the nearly $70 charge for our meal either. Keep in mind that they do charge about a 4% service fee for using credit card here, which is so not cool. They have a sign by the hostess desk, where few would ever see it. The 4% service charge must be taken into account when paying for the bill and tipping too. The waiter ends up getting punished because the restaurant passes on this rather petty 4% credit card fee to their customers. How cheap could you possibly be? Poorly done Goki Goki. We found a small paylo sign under the credit card but it doesn't stand up on the gray sticker as well as the white background in Spanish on the right door. The gray sticker is under the credit cards accepted on the left door.

Bulgogi, rice fish cakes, tempura chicken, tempura vegetables and tempura roll

I have eaten here in the past. It has always been great. Today I ordered the Bulgogi bento box. It came with 8 little appetizers, a bowl of miso soup, rice, fish cakes, tempura chicken, tempura vegetables and a tempura roll. Everything from the atmosphere, music the smile and friendliness of my waitress (Shelby) was amazing. Did I mention how good the food was and how amazing my waitress Shelby was. The sad part is that the restaurant was not very busy. They should be packed as the food, service, atmosphere is top notch. Food for thought: Do you notice that as you get older, the years go by faster? There is a scientific reason for this. The reason is, is that as you get older, you experience less new things in life. So if you want to slow your years down, say yes to the things you would normally say no to, take the road that you would never take before and lastly, eat at the restaurant you haven't eaten at in the past or wouldn't normally eat at. -In this case, go to Goki Goki in Fenton. It will slow your life down and fill you up with some amazing food in the process. Oh and Shelby's smile will also warm your soul.

First time eating at Goki Goki and thoroughly enjoyed it. I didn't really know what to order and asked for recommendations. Looks like there is a lot more on the menu to try, so I will be back for more. I also have to say that as annoyed as I get for restaurants up-charging for credit card use, I appreciated the bill clearly outlining the charge before payment.

I HAVE RETURNED!! Everyone: Who TF is this?…read more I'm just going to pretend I didn't hear that. Today we're covering Beale's in Fenton. We won't be covering why the Beale sign is next to US23, but Beale itself is five minutes east of that on Fenton Road. Maybe they moved. Maybe it's the aliens. The world may never know. Dad and I ordered a plate of wings to share. I got a brisket sandwich with fries, while the ancestor ordered a two meat combo with a BBQ'd half chicken and ribs. We both loved the wings. Juicy meat, crispy skin. And not too messy because they didn't overdo it with the sauce. Dad said the ribs were excellent but didn't eat the half chicken as he saved it for mom. My brisket sandwich unfortunately came out colder than Pluto. I sent it back and it was much better the second time around. The steak fries were some of the best I've had from a restaurant. I also poured out some of their sauces to try on my fries. The Bourbon sweet sauce is okay, but the house sauce has a great balance of heat and tangy flavor. The hot sauce is good if you want the heat turned up a notch. The good/mustard sauce is perfect for fries. Conclusion: Miles better than Scratch BBQ in Flint.

I've had it made for me by Greek expats, I've had it from the Livonia Hellenic bakery (whose is very good), I've had it elsewhere too, and honestly, I just haven't ever been too into it. I thought I just wasn't really a fan of spinach pie...until I had The Laundry's!!! Theirs is a deep dish version with layers and layers of phyllo and a few secret ingredients that the chef wasn't willing to share (of course I asked!) It was incredible and truth be told...it was the best part of my first experience at The Laundry. We also ordered a proper lunch with a couple sammies and some French Onion soup. My girl ordered the Croque Monsieur and I ordered the #97. I liked hers and she preferred mine so we swapped. The potato salad they brought with my 97 was just meh....the potatoes weren't cooked all the way and the mayo-yogurt based dressing was kind of a bummer, but the two different styles of pickles we ordered helped carry the sandwiches. Service was beyond excellent and we felt well taken care of.

I got the iced sweet and salty with no vanilla syrup. It had a salted caramel cold foam atop of cold brew. I mixed it all up and had a deliciously creamy drink!

We were able to order and pick up in a reasonable amount of time, it was packed here in general. I am not sure about using the QR code, I just went to their trailer and ordered in person. This place is a big expensive for what you get, it is typical of food trucks to have small portions and high prices. But, if you are eating here, you are paying for an experience. This is a party atmosphere for all ages. You can eat outside, which we did, or inside. They have lawn games outside and arcade games inside on two levels. I would eat at this place again. We waited for our check for 20 minutes after eating. Staff members were leaned against the bar and talking, scrolling cell phones, playing with their hair - while looking over at us repeatedly.
