Hunter Gregory was my first point of contact who explained me the process in detail and provided the estimates for couple of options, mainly lease vs outright purchase, 1 battery vs 2 batteries. I got a chance to interact with the Engineering team and refine the design. The team was very responsive to my questions and concerns and addressed them in timely manner. LA Solar Group took care of the HOA application and SCE permits. Overall, the installation of panels and Tesla Powerwall batteries went very smoothly. One they finished, they provided before and after pics which were very beneficial. I should note that my usual solar production is about 50kwh but after the ash build-up, it's been 35ish kWh.
