He didn't show up either day, and he didn't tell us he wasn't showing up until the day of the appointments. My understanding is that he needed to reduce the geographical area he was supporting (and we were outside that), as well as reduce his window cleaning service. We totally get that and were fully supportive. We were just very disappointed that we had to wait so long and have him cancel 2 appointments before he "cut the cord" with us.

They showed up on time, they were VERY professional, knowledgeable and great with answering all my questions. After about an 1 1/2 hrs they were done. One they finished, they provided before and after pics which were very beneficial. I should note that my usual solar production is about 50kwh but after the ash build-up, it's been 35ish kWh.
