Whereas only one electrician was needed they sent two and charged me for two - guess I got to pay for the one guy's training. On the invoice they claimed to have worked three hours, but by my watch it was barely two - guess I also paid for their time to drive across town to pick up a replacement circuit breaker. To top it all off 10 days later it rained, and water got into the circuit panel again and burnt out the replacement, 10-day old circuit breaker. When I called them to request that they fix the situation I was informed, "This is not a warranty issue".

I then had to pay another contractor to repair the fire hazards he left where our children slept. When confronted, Luke Dunlap elected to levy blame on the builder, who had nothing to do with the electrical work. Improper outlets were used for the application and outlets themselves were not taped, which is another fire hazard. My builder then showed me the things he had to fix that were done by this "electrician". The man charged me a week's worth of carpentry wages for a single day of irresponsible and imminently potentially fatal wiring. We also discovered that he charged us for installation of outlets that were already completed by another contractor, thus charging us twice the money. This makes me wonder what a search into his history would unveil.

He explained his recommendations and what would be cheapest for the client in terms of materials. At the end of the day, he installed the EV charger and it functions as it should. At 4pm when I shared concern with the lack of progress, he said it would be done at 7. He left at 10pm. Ahmad set up expectations that he could not deliver on. (2) Several reviewers have said that Ahmad tidied up and was very clean but that was not my experience at all.
