Eventually a surly W----- came back with a clipboard and he ordered me to enter my order number into a screen kiosk. I asked him if I could please just give him my name. He said no, I had to enter the number. Then he turned to the man who had arrived and was waiting behind me for his last name, and then he went and got the man's order. The word for this is misogyny. This is why women hate coming to hardware stores: they are treated as if they are in the third-world, with disrespect and disregard. I won't be coming back.
