I also noticed then that the charging rates changed again making peak charges longer. There are surprisingly only 8 charging stations at this location in Las America's Outlet Mall located in the parking lot area directly across the street from Popeye's, Subway and T Mobile in the area situated between Bank of America and Achiote Restaurant, Nautica Kids, Columbia and Samsonite Stores. It is open 24 hours a day however, after the mall closes, entrance seems to be chained forcing you to drive thru the exit lane to charge. The charging stations are not labeled 1A-1H so if there is a problem with any of the chargers, it would be difficult to communicate & identify the particular station having an issue when being navigated to charge here. 6 of the charging stations are clumped very close together having patrons charge back to back with little space. The other two are separated with one handicap designated space directed across the street from Popeye's by the main Tesla white control box housing where the phone number is located to address issues however, it would be difficult to spot and see in the evening when dark. The number to call for any issues pertaining to these chargers is 1-877-798-3752. I hope they put in more charging stations at this location similar to Friars as time goes on. The rates here are $.27/kWh from 10pm-8am and doubles to $.54 from 8am-10pm. Overall, it's a GREAT place to charge close to US/Mexico Border surrounded by many shops and eateries to entertain you during your chargIng time!

Hello supercharger! In and out and exactly what I needed!…read more Was getting low on power and in need of a quick power charge. This is the first time I searched for a supercharger and thankfully the car lets me know exactly where they are. Once I selected a location, it started preparing my battery for a supercharge! This location is a 3-bolt location which means it's one of the faster locations charging up to 250kW. With 12 spots at this location it was not completely packed. Teslas we're coming and going, in and out in no time. I was able to charge up in less than 30 min. and be on my way. Located inside the parking garage near Grossmont Transit center. This location is convenient with security onsite. It's nice that it's a covered location so you're not baking in the sun while you charge up, but since it is in the parking garage cell reception is not the best. There are a couple locations to grab a bite while you wait. There's no rate change at this charge station. So come at anytime and the rate is the same. Park, charge and go!

The first thing that stood out was the size of the station. There are 40 DC fast chargers, including 27 Tesla chargers, so finding an available charger wasn't an issue. The entire facility feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with large solar canopies providing shade over the charging stalls. What really separates Rove from a typical charging stop is everything else they offer. There's a ReCharge by Gelson's market with snacks, drinks, and fresh food, a comfortable lounge with free Wi-Fi, clean restrooms, a car wash, complimentary vacuums, and even a water bottle filling station. It feels more like a premium travel stop than a charging station. I especially appreciated the little details. The property was spotless, there was security on site, and the complimentary vacuums were a nice touch. The facility feels safe, well-maintained, and welcoming whether you're stopping for 15 minutes or a longer charge. The location is also convenient right off the 5 Freeway, making it an easy stop while traveling through Orange County. As EV adoption continues to grow, this is exactly the type of charging experience I'd like to see more of. Plenty of chargers, great amenities, clean facilities, and a comfortable place to spend your charging time. If you're an EV owner and haven't checked out Rove yet, it's worth the stop.

There is free WiFi, restrooms, quick grab and go bites and even a drive thru car wash with vacuums. Just off the 17th Street exit of the I-5 freeway, this location is easy on and off on your commute.

I had a bike rack on my MY and panicked until I saw the pull thru. Whew! I was at 16% and had to drive to Riverside county. I wish there were charging stations in Fallbrook which is the East side of Camp Pendleton. Otherwise, we have to get to Temecula. Sometimes that traffic is ridiculous and definitely makes us anxious about making it home. Thank you for this spot. I see Northern Pine Brewery, Harbor Freight and a coin laundry in this parking lot. I k ow there's a neighborhood Walmart and other places on the opposite side. All in all, Great charging in the city of Oceanside.
