It looks like an abandoned shopping plaza besides the equinox at the entrance of the unnamed road and the wine and cheese place at the end. We came when the sun was setting and even though there were plenty of chargers open on the second level, it gave me a spooky feeling. We ended up walking around the entire plaza before finding the restroom lol and the restroom entrance ended up being to slight left from the second level location where we were parked at. I attached a photo of it. I remembered the code probably until half way around the block and by the time I found it, I had forgotten it and the husband had to retrieve the code in the car I was joking with him saying if I was trying to get away from a bad guy, I'd end up dying at the restroom door from not remembering the code. I was expecting the bathroom entrance to lead directly into a restroom stall. Nope, there's a small entrance, down a few steps followed by a small hallway and the restroom was at the end of the hall. Though very "temporary" in appearance, I was very thankful to even have a restroom to use while I charged. The forests and shrubbery surrounding the charging station is also kind of spooky. Needless to say, I am a city girl. Very used to having charging stations in the middle of malls and shopping plazas. Nice pit stop but... I wouldn't wanna come alone when the sun goes down.

The bad: the stations are located on a busy street and cars speed through like nothing. This makes it difficult to get in and out and it's very unsafe. Two of the 10 chargers are for handicap but it gets fully ignored. People park their car as they please and fully ignore the handicap signs. And it gets busy at this station. Somehow they are always busy. The app isn't accurate enough to update availability. In addition, if you are charging and leave your car, you might risk that someone unplugs you. I have been sometimes using the time to shop at Walmart and had it happen before. Also, at night it can get a little sketchy with transients, people doing car meet, people living out of their cars and doing their business right there etc. it doesn't feel the safest place to be at dark.

We went back-and-forth with if we wanted to stay there and pay that cost, or if we should stay at another local hotel for our visit. We are glad that we stayed at the hotel. Though the price is high, they provide a lot of great entertainment and things for the children to do right within the hotel. Also, the theming for the hotel is so cool for kids. We loved that there were two separated spaces for adults and kids. We ate at the hotel as well for breakfast and dinner. The food was good enough. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad at all.

As you are driving, the main line turns into two lanes, and then three, and then multiple, with nobody directing traffic--so of course you have a-holes speeding from the back of the line to cut in front when a new lane opens. Actual parking was surprisingly open for the shitshow line you have deal with to get there. Food Absolutely disgusting. I ordered "summer special" BBQ burger for $22 and had to choke down every bite(burgers are typically the one safe menu item I can order if I'm unsure of quality--not here!). Luckily I was able to at least wash that down with a $15 12 oz beer--which took me a good 20 minutes to figure out how/where to buy. My gf order Udon noodles that was served in so much sauce that it looked like ramen soup. They topped it with steamed shredded chicken that looked like cat food. She also ordered a water bottle for $7 that they failed to bring out to her, and when she went to go get it, they gave her a warm one that had been sitting out when she specifically asked for a cold one--mind you it's an 81 degree day and the air conditioning isn't working inside the cafe area. Rides If I had to do it again, I'd get the fast pass, but the day was already half over after two rides. We were halfway through the first line when we downloaded the app and looked at the wait time, which was 65 minutes, so we waited it out for this ride that lasted two minutes. Not wanting to face the same fate, we went to a ride that the app said only had a 15 minute wait--we ended up waiting another hour. Water Park Feeling majorly let down by everything else so far, we figured we'd try to make the best of the day and spend the afternoon at the water park. So we waited in line, just to be told it's an extra $30 per person to get in. At this point I started laughing to myself in disbelief, unsure of how this place remains open. There is a smaller splash pad by Lego Movie World, that we went to instead, and kids were running and slipping and falling everywhere. They need to add some sort of traction to the ground--I can believe they haven't had a lawsuit from a kid cracking their head open yet. Direction Staffing is rude and clearly inadequate. Nobody seemed to want to be bothered with questions, and nobody had answers anyways. There are not enough directional signs, I had to track down an employee to ask where a restroom was, and had to download the app/map for everything else. Final Verdict I will never come back here. I'd rather spend my time and money at the Zoo or go the extra mile for Disney. I actually look forward to this place going out of business. I thought robbery was illegal.

It's hard to come across that kind of service these days so I really appreciated it. The food was pretty good. We got the steak that came pre sliced with flaky salt and a side of zhoug sauce...so good. The artichokes with the aioli were also very good. Brussel sprouts were good but prob my least favorite of the 3. The vibe and ambience was great and there were ocean views, I would def recommend.

I simply wanted to ask what he was serving and clarify the seating/pool arrangement, including any differences for hotel guests versus outside visitors. Instead of answering or letting me finish a single sentence, Eric repeatedly talked over me, curtly stating it was "sold out" with no explanation. When I tried to understand what exactly was sold out (the hotel, the pool, the rooftop bar, or seating), he continued interrupting and directing me to the hostess stand. He even scolded me that he had already repeated himself four times, while adding that I wasn't asking the question that mattered although he never let me finish a sentence. The entire interaction felt dismissive and almost hostile and condescending (insinuating I can't understand because of my ethnicity and that he was actively trying to make me leave rather than provide basic service or information) It was especially disappointing on a holiday when hospitality standards should be at their best. No amount of busyness excuses such rude, impatient, and condescending behavior toward a guest who was simply trying to ask a reasonable question. The hostesses were extremely nice and explained to me the difference between cabana, restaurant, and the pool seating for hotel guests vs non guests.
