As Neal has always done on the other jobs that we contracted for, his first visit to evaluate our needs, plan out the work and recommend solutions to complete the task was done with a completely understandable verbal and written explanation, including estimates for the length of time that would be required to finish the work and an estimate of the expected costs for product and services. The Generac installation was finished on time and within the estimated budget. Along with high-quality work, which passed inspection for each project, Neal demonstrated exceptional professionalism in many different ways. For example, his communications about when he planned to be on site was always timely and he arrived on time, finished on time and left the jobsite fully clean and restored to its original condition. Neal took control and managed all the sub-contractors that were needed for the Generac installation. While buying and installing a backup generator can be an expensive investment, we believe that it is not merely the cost of the project, but rather the value you get for the money paid. We had stopped at another Napa in Alturas, CA but the clerk wouldn't help with the battery so we traveled on to this location --- obvious, it was on our way. The clerk here was so helpful and instead of just helping with the install of the battery, he actually put it in himself. What a great employee!! Then, he tried to get a warranty refund on the other one. However, the battery was pretty charged up by the time we landed here. At least he tried. We would definitely recommend this Napa Auto Parts.
