I worked late into the night, and have a history of gassing up, purchasing snacks etc. well before I picked my snacks and paid for my gas, I visited the ladies room. I'm not kidding you, but the restroom was filled with the local lot lizards drinking and cleaning themselves. I did noticed an employee standing near the door observing the raucous; I quickly used the restroom and walked out, picked out my fav tea and a bag of Chex muddy's. I stood in line for about ten mins, once I reached the cashier to pay, the same employee that was in the restroom was standing near the cashier. I was approached in a very unprofessional manner and accused of stealing some alcohol and drinking it in the restroom. Now, let me make this clear, I am not a drinker, let alone a smoker or drug user. I feel as if I were racially profiled by the employee who was literally observing in The bathroom. I politely explained my position and asked the manager to pull the cameras or call the police to have this insane accusation handled. The manager declined all of my requests. I was literally livid and embarrassed. I did call the corporate office the following day and demanded the cameras to be pulled and an apology' for discrediting my integrity. I will not do business with this place of business based on my negative experience.

From start to finish, everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. The team was incredibly helpful, communicative, and made the repair process completely stress-free. They kept me updated throughout the service and made sure everything was taken care of with great attention to detail. I especially want to mention Francis, who is truly one of the nicest gentlemen. He made me feel so welcomed from the moment I arrived and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. That level of kindness and customer care really stands out. They even provided me with a beautiful Model X as a loaner, which made the experience feel seamless and honestly pretty exciting as well. It's clear the Tesla team really cares about their customers and takes pride in delivering excellent service. I'm incredibly grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown throughout the entire process. Thank you again to Francis and the Tesla service team for going above and beyond!

    I'm pretty annoyed…read more Walked in, yes no one was available but zero greetings or acknowledgment. So I went to the service department and asked the guy what do I do and how do I check in for my appointment. He was so kind to go in the back and then came up to let me know someone will be with me. I don't remember the guy that helped us but his answer to everything was "it's on the app, well it's in the app, it should be on the app". Look here dude, I have looked on the app and I have attempted, that's why I'm asking you. Anyways, he couldn't figure out why he was unable to deliver the car to us and he made me get out of the app, refresh the app, and even sign onto my account on their computer. In the end, he still said on his side it's showing something needs to be completed on my end on the app. At this point I just gave the guy my phone and told him to have fun. I felt he did not care or at least his cop out answer to everything was essentially "go to the app and don't talk to me". He even asked me if I had found my car yet. No, because I can't access anything nor did I drive around and snooped. It was dark. He ended up needing help from someone above him and the guy just told him to manually deliver the car to me otherwise we'll be there all night because that's all they needed and it's not showing up for some reason I will tell you I was pretty irritated dealing with sheer lack of professionalism. I guess it's not needed when they're not commission based? But at this point it was borderline incompetence because his answer was always go to the app or it's on the app versus "here let me show you on the app". No brand new car pictures, no do you kneed anything else, just nothing. When the other person had me signed his phone to release the car to me, they walked me to the front where the cyber truck was and said here's your car and they walked back in. Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. But hey at least they had refreshments and it was clean.
