Taking her time to find out what I was looking for, but not hovering or rushing me at all. As I started browsing her daughter arrived and was SO GREAT. She took the time to look up prices and available colors and most appreciated of all gave me her honest opinion on several styles I considered, helping me choose something that is different from styles I normally go for but I really like, and my guy LOVES! One thing to keep in mind, certain items (mostly the cosmetics and eyelashes) were a bit pricier than I'm used to but not by much and it's more than worth a little extra for an excellent and enjoyable shopping experience! We took our time and weren't rushed. Forgot to get her name, but she was absolutely wonderful. Same birthday month as I, and that was a plus Served chips and salsa. Salsa was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in to our room very early, and we also arranged a late checkout, which really helped us make the most of our quick trip (we were in town just for the day to go tubing on the river). The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly--when I had an issue with my reservation missing my Hilton number one of the team members helped me quickly and professionally. Breakfast in the morning was freshly made and tasty--just what we needed before heading out. Overall, excellent service across the board and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Bit noisy at times. No airport shuttle. Breakfast isn't much and you have to pay for it ($12.95 cold continental). Happy hour at smallish hotel bar 5-7pm gets you a $5 draft. They do have snack items available 24 hours. And Old Town is within modest walking distance, and the convention center is across the parking lot. Antique train nextdoor. Oh- the blackout curtains will close, but are not easy to find (they are behind the scrims.) Just be sure to check the hotel's icemakers... some of them need a good cleaning out. (Ew!) I'd come back, but there are also other good hotels around that are similar value & a little more updated.

At first when I called the owner picked up the phone immediately and tried to answer all questions to try to get my business. This changed as soon as I paid and he has avoided me at all cost. HE SENT AN INSTALLER TO DO THE JOB WITH NO PERMIT! I've been trying to get a permit confirmation from him for over 3 months and every time I callI get the run around about where he is. He's on a zoom call to China, or at a convention or visiting family. He also hasn't done an interconnection agreement so that I can receive a rebate from my electric company for installing a backup battery. The only person I can actually contact is an employee named Ryan who admits that he knows very little about the company, installation, or the whereabouts of his boss: Michael Slemko. Anytime I try to call the number on their website, it's for a phone sex line. The entire operation screams scam. This is the type of company Ecoflow recommends. Save yourself a headache and avoid them.
