The cigar roller was back during my visit, and he made the experience memorable. I wish I could…read moreremember his name because he deserves the recognition. He took the time to ask what I enjoy, shared his knowledge of different brands, wrappers, and blends, and introduced me to several underrated cigars I probably would have overlooked. You can tell he genuinely loves cigars and enjoys helping others discover something new. So, just ask him to recommend a stick if you're feeling like trying something new or not sure what would hit the spot. With his recommendations, I ended up taking home a few My Father, Oliva Serie V Melanio, and Arturo Fuente cigars. It wasn't a sales pitch--it was just a great conversation between cigar enthusiasts. Unfortunately, I was traveling through and couldn't stay to enjoy a cigar in the lounge, but that's definitely on my list next time. It was just me this visit, but the next time I'm in the area I'll be calling a few friends to meet me here so we can relax, enjoy a few great cigars, and spend some quality time together. If you're anywhere near Yuma and appreciate premium cigars and knowledgeable service, Sun of a Gun Cigars is absolutely worth the stop. The interior is inviting and the chairs are very comfortable. Five stars all the way.

Taking her time to find out what I was looking for, but not hovering or rushing me at all. As I started browsing her daughter arrived and was SO GREAT. She took the time to look up prices and available colors and most appreciated of all gave me her honest opinion on several styles I considered, helping me choose something that is different from styles I normally go for but I really like, and my guy LOVES! One thing to keep in mind, certain items (mostly the cosmetics and eyelashes) were a bit pricier than I'm used to but not by much and it's more than worth a little extra for an excellent and enjoyable shopping experience! The awesome vibe welcome contrast to the atmosphere in many local Phoenix beauty supply shops, where you're greeted by a security guard along you to leave your purse at the front lol. Thanks again to daughter Amanita and mom Amy ( I hope I got those right, my adhd makes names hard to remember)

We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in to our room very early, and we also arranged a late checkout, which really helped us make the most of our quick trip (we were in town just for the day to go tubing on the river). The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly--when I had an issue with my reservation missing my Hilton number one of the team members helped me quickly and professionally. Breakfast in the morning was freshly made and tasty--just what we needed before heading out. Overall, excellent service across the board and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Bit noisy at times. No airport shuttle. Breakfast isn't much and you have to pay for it ($12.95 cold continental). Happy hour at smallish hotel bar 5-7pm gets you a $5 draft. They do have snack items available 24 hours. And Old Town is within modest walking distance, and the convention center is across the parking lot. Antique train nextdoor. Oh- the blackout curtains will close, but are not easy to find (they are behind the scrims.) Just be sure to check the hotel's icemakers... some of them need a good cleaning out. (Ew!) I'd come back, but there are also other good hotels around that are similar value & a little more updated.
