I would stay away from here. Had a few things repaired here and had to get all fixed somewhere else.

Essary squeezed me in shortly before closing time and made my son's day. Great service! Great people! Reasonably priced.

These guys really made my (aweful) day (fantastic)…read more Allow me to 'splain; dragged my ski out from San Diego and put it in the water. Within 10 minutes, it was getting choked out (exhaust leak in the engine compartment). Danggit! Pulled it out and hauled it into Liberty about 10 minutes before closing. They began looking at it first thing in the morning. My buddy and I sat in Cesar's Cigar Lounge just down the street (life saver!) to await the diagnosis. I was really pressing them to get my ski back asap because I only had a couple days for my trip and didn't care to spend it riding on the back of my buddies ski... They got it to me by about 2:00 and we hit the river. Oh,oh. It lasted about 10 minutes. Not very happy at this point, as you can imagine. However, this isn't what got them the 5 star rating. It's what they did next... So, hauled it back and dropped it at the front door first thing the next morning. The reason I dropped it is because I then had to have my truck towed as it crapped out in their parking lot (yeah, really fun trip, huh?). So, I told the guys this and they got to work. Turns out that there was sand in the box of the ski, causing it to overheat and melt the exhaust hoses. They hadn't properly diagnosed what the problem was the day before, but remember, it was because I was pressuring them to get me out on the river. They worked on it for about 6 more hours, to make sure that everything was running properly. It was/is. When I asked them for the bill, they gave it to me at no charge. To be fair, yes, they should have diagnosed it properly the first time (as some of you are invariably saying at home right now), but you really have to understand that I was pestering them literally every hour to get it back to me (note to self about that...). I really think they were trying to be accommodating on that front, and they stuck it in the tank and ran it, but it didn't exhibit any further problems, so they figured the issue was resolved. I fully expected to pay them for the time they spent on it the second day, and was very appreciative that they didn't charge me anything. Very stand-up. Oh, and it turned out to be something very minor with the truck as well, so it wasn't a complete waste of a trip, but it was essentially two days without river time.

Finally unloaded my bike around 10-11am Saturday morning for a rear tire change. I called in advance, they confirmed they had a tire, and would have everything ready when I arrived. They did tell me that it's 'first come first serve' on Saturday. Ugh...typically a sign of pending doom. When we got there 3-4 guys came right out to help unload the bike and as promised all the paperwork was waiting. The downside was the 'first come first serve' especially when you're on the road. It seems that dealers have different takes on how to handle in-transit travelers. I understand why they do it, but given others will give you priority it is still frustrating that I had to wait 4.5 hours for a tire change to get back on the road. Everyone from the tech writers to the mechanic and even the sales staff were excellent in answering questions and making sure we were comfortable while waiting, and frankly can't speak highly enough about the personnel. I've been to the dealer in the past for long weekends in the area, but Yuma was not our destination that trip (Phoenix) and have never had any complaints. I'm knocking off a star only for the wait but otherwise I'd be happy to visit the dealer again (and I'm sure I will). Thanks for the great service guys!
