She is always looking to educate, expand, and improve on what she can offer her clients. Since my last review, I have had a lash lift done. I have bad year round allergies so my eyes are always crying and itchy so for me this was a great option instead of lash extensions. My natural lashes are black and long but they stick out straight so this service actually curls them up. It doesn't take long and it last at least 6-8 weeks for me. (This last time 12 weeks) It looks great with or without mascara. My daughter has brownish black hair. Her brows are lighter and she always has to draw them in. She has had her brows tinted many times and she is extremely pleased on how it looks and the times it saves her each morning. Quick and easy and inexpensive. Keri also has done (airbrush) full face make up on me and it looked super amazing and it didn't feel heavy on my face. I was grocery shopping before my date night and I felt amazing! She also did eye makeup for my picky teenanger for prom. She was super happy with how it turned out. Keri now offers permanent make up such as eyeliner and micro blading. I have seen her work and spoke with her other clients that I know and they are all pleased with the outcome. I decided to get my eye brows micro bladed and I absolutely love how my eyebrows look!! It really does make a big difference on how I look and feel about my self! Keri used a numbing cream and picked a great color for my brows. She will give you a handout with after care instructions. It is super simple. For best results NO scratching, picking, scrubbing, or using products on tattooed area etc. The end results look natural and I have gotten lots of compliments from strangers, as well as, questions like -what do you use to fill in your brows? After I was healed up, I did need a touch up in just a couple small spots. I just got them touched up that about a week ago and I am eagerly awaiting to be all healed! The salon is very dark. When she was done with my hair, looked darker than I asked for but since it was dark in the salon, I decided not to say anything in front of her new client. I thought it would be better to check it out at home. She was eager to set up a new appointment but I made an excuse so I could evaluate this very expensive hair coloring. My bill with tip was $365.88. I got home and checked my hair in every light in my house. It was much darker than it was when I went in which is not at all what I asked. I asked for an icy blonde and not a brunette. I messaged her, told her I would not make another appointment and said my hair was much darker than it was before I went in. She recommended purple shampoo to help correct her mistake. I would have to spend money to fix it but this is also the same shampoo she told me while she was doing my hair that she wouldn't recommend it for my hair type (I have been told in the past not to use it). She offered to redo it for free but at this point, I lost any ounce of confidence in her. Her mistake, her bad recommendation (other colorists agree) etc. I then asked for my tip back because she truly did not deserve a penny of it. She decided to ignore me after I asked. After she ignored me, I decided to comment on her post, the one I saw to make an appointment. I stated the above with pictures. Within 5-10 minutes (not at all exaggerating) she deleted the post. She decided to post in a local private group of all beauticians etc. in kitsap and she told everyone if I made an appointment to fix her mistake, they need to cancel because I was a difficult client. She blocked anyone who defended me. This post was very hurtful since she made the mistake. I was criticized by a few of her friends who backed her and was told they back her only because she's one of them. She slandered my name, made sure no colorist would touch me to fix her mistake (or take me on as a client) in kitsap, kept 100% of the money, refused to return the tip (I didn't ask for it all, just my tip) and had her friends pm me to harass me. For me, their haircuts were average. After COVID, I decided to treat myself and get a really good haircut. My neighbor sees Susan at Bayshore Salon, and her hair always looks great (fun, casual and super cute). But at the time, Susan wasn't available, so I booked an appointment with Sierra. At the time, I wasn't sure if Great Clips was still in my future. My hair is kind of coarse and kind of frizzy, but Sierra is always up for the challenge. I've always been really happy with the way Sierra styles my hair. Sierra cut my hair yesterday, and I am extra happy. I got up this morning and didn't do anything to my hair (I didn't even brush it) and it still looks great. It's a pixie cut, and it frames my face perfectly. She is absolutely meticulous in getting every last hair to be right. Sierra is an artist and I'm never going back to Great Clips!

So on 6/9/2026 i went and spoke with the manager of this salon. she told me to come back on 6/17/2026 for highlights knowing my hair looked LIKE THIS. Other salons argued that my hair COULD NOT handle another session of lighting. and that it WOULD fall out wherever the color remover was. The manager said that i'd also have to pay out of pocket for the highlighting service. I had to go to another salon to apply an all over color which was my only option at this point. I never received a sorry and they never tried to make this right. i reached out to the lady that did my hair and got my money back which was $238. I paid for my hair to be beyond damaged. not to mention all the products i had to buy to try and nurse my hair back to health as well as a haircut to try and save what i could. The way they decided to remove the black from my hair wasn't the wrong thing to do, it was the 4 day break in between two sessions. and the care that wasn't had. This lead to my hair being over processed and extremely damaged. And then the OWNER telling me to come back for highlights. They both should've known better.
