There was no indication on the website or even Facebook that there were actually no available bookings. I don't know who drafted the email since it appears as though Sarah is incapable of correspondence at this time, but I would STRONGLY advise them to at least update the business' Facebook since new clients who are not on the mailing list would have no way of knowing she was in the hospital. I am not unsympathetic as to her medical problems, but there really ought to be contingencies in place for this sort of thing. My advice to prospective new clients is to attempt to contact Pacific Tranquility Massage BEFORE booking to accertain if Sarah is even available. I do wish Sarah a speedy recovery. For clarity my original review is below. I waited outside for 15 min past my appointment time and no one showed up and the door was locked. I tried calling and didn't get an answer.
