Amazing service! Easy to schedule and I felt safe going to get my eyebrows waxed/tweezed. I have been to many salons in CA and WA and this is by far my favorite. After asking me what I wanted my eyebrows to look like and my preferences and any concerns, Lori explained what she was going to do to achieve my look. The wax was perfect temp and the tweezing did not hurt like at other salons. Really grateful for such a positive experience and at an incredibly reasonable price. I recently saw Lori for a Relax & Glow facial and LOVED it. I don't get facials as often as I would like (or should), but this was amazing...and so relaxing. I am only wishing I lived closer to BI so that I could go more regularly (she offers discounts for repeat/regulars for skin services!). She explained everything, the whys, the hows, and what to expect. Some of the products stung a little bit, but I expect this with age prevention products - she made sure to ask me to rate the amount of any discomfort so she coudl gauge how my skin was reacting and how long to leave the products on my skin. The massage with the facial was heavenly too. I left with clear pores and glowing skin :) She also went over the regimen that she recommended based on my skin/age, and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. For example, I already am trying out a new retin eye product, so she recommend some other for the rest of my face to try out (and gave me some samples in the process). Side note - Lori is the queen of blonde. I got a over-the-top highlight touch-up and a shape/trim before trying her out for skin services and I have not gotten so many compliments on my hair in quite some time. Having recently moved to Bainbridge I was way overdue for a visit to a salon. I called around a couple places, then called Lori Noan. She was so nice and personable on the phone I couldn't resist - she even worked extra late on her half-day to fit me in for a full highlight. Lori is truly passionate about what she does and it shows - not only are her skills as a stylist and colorist amazing, but she really listened to me and gave great advice on color and blow drying tips. Lori is the BEST person to see for your facials! I go in once a month for the glow and go, LED treatment, and I also have Lori do some broken capillary work. She literally has gotten rid of all of them on my face!! I've switched my skincare to her product lines she carries and my skin has never looked or felt better. I was using Kate Somerville and having alternating treatments of regular IPL and Vbeam done. I can honestly say, that switching to the line Lori has me on (Skin script), using her Peptides (Viktoria Deann), and I did invest in a LED Celluma light (highly recommend) - my skin really looks amazing in spite of years of CA & AZ sun exposure. I had a haircut and glow skin facial recently. As always the haircut was perfect. She takes her time and knows how to create a style that works well while listening to what I am looking for in a cut. The facial was AMAZING! It was such a lovely spa type experience and she literally left my skin glowing. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep. Best Spray Tan Ever! I have super fair skin so over the years I have had several spray tans and used many different at home tanning solutions. I love having the tan but can not stand the terrible smell they leave on your skin (even the ones that claim that there is no smell). The spray tan at Lori's was amazing and there was absolutely no bad smell, I couldn't believe it. The color was very natural looking and was developed in 4 hours, which was awesome. Lori is extremely talented. She has been giving me blonde highlights and haircuts for a few years now. I grew up in Los Angeles and used to go to Umberto in Beverly Hills, and honestly, Lori is just as good or better, and if I had to choose, I'd go to Lori. Before finding her, I tried so many salons in Seattle, including Gene Juarez, and I was never happy with the results. When I go to Lori, I get exactly what I want, her prices are great, and she is genuinely a nice person and very easy to talk to, so the time flies by when I see her. Her facials are amazing and extremely relaxing! Not only are they reasonably priced, I notice a visible difference in my skin. I also recently started getting a lash lift and tint before I go on trips to sunny destinations where I'll be swimming a lot. It's great not bothering with mascara for awhile. She has products for sale that I love including Loma Moisturizing Treatment and a Fortifying Repairative Tonic for hair, and, my new favorite---a lash product that helps promote growth.
