Praise for the NPs or Nurses who suggest trying something new or other areas of focus as the front I have yet to be asked. The front literally is there like a check out kiosk. Wish there were reminding texts messages about shaving the day before. As a busy work mom of 3, I'd save your poor staff time from me forgetting to shave and having to do it there.
