The only reason I go there is to purchase Obagi products, which by the way they have increased the price. But the price differs according to who answers the phone. For some reason it has increased from one week to the next. On two occasions they told me they did have the product. I drove there for them to tell me they were out. Also, I won't get any procedures done there either. Dr. Rasi is not a Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon nor a Cosmetic Dermatologist. I always do my research, and it seems he has a background as a General Surgeon which is totally different than Plastic Surgery. Certification and membership are not an indication of education and training in the fields of Plastic Surgery or Dermatology, unless you have received your medical degree in one of these specialties: Plastic Surgery or Dermatology. The staff is pleasant, but lack knowledge. Do your research if you plan to have an invasive procedure. read more

If I could give a ten star review I would! For the last three years I have been struggling with melasma. I tried everything and no one seemed to listen to my concerns, it seems a lot of esthetician places just like to push their product regardless of the results. I went in for a tattoo removal on my finger and after several treatments I didn't notice a difference. I spoke to someone on the phone and they said they might offer me a free laser treatment or possibly a refund for no results. I was told that someone would call me and discuss my treatment. I did receive a call from a very cocky arrogant man "Matt" claiming that my treatment on my tattoo removal could take up to 40 sessions for a name on my finger, he also told me that he would give me a number to another office to continue my treatment because he wasn't going to listen to what I had to say. So if you want to get strung along and money wasted on a tattoo removal you are in the right office! read more

I'd like to start out by saying I'm new to getting Botox and I don't exactly feel like I'm the kind of woman you see at a upscale establishment like this lol. I was a bit uncomfortable as I felt I didn't really belong here at first. Everyone is beautiful. I had Botox done in October with my sister who swears by Senza. Everybody was very nice. I absolutely loved the results. Made me feel great. Today I went In again for more Botox, but I had some questions about possibly getting fillers. I apologize but I don't remember the ladies name who did my Botox think it was Britney or maybe Brianna anyways she was great. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed even though I was the last appointment at 6:30 and it was late so I'm sure they wanted to get home. Matt was awesome! I told him about my insecurities due to acne scars and he seemed very sincere in what my options were. He didn't pressure me or try to sell me on anything. I left completely happy with just the Botox. Having had plastic surgery in the past I feel like when you walk into certain environments they just want to sell sell sell everything they can. You tell them you're insecure about some thing and they're ready to change it. Neither of these people did that to me today in fact I left feeling better about myself because of the way they treated me. They made me feel like a friend not a commission. The numerous price miscommunications have left me with the impression that they will say anything to get you to spend more money... fun surprise when you pay! I've always been very happy with "skin treatments" (peels, facials, lasers, etc.), but have NEVER been happy with Botox results... and believe me they try to upsell the units!!! I'll continue to drive to OC for better prices and far better results with less units. Signed up for monthly membership and was given inaccurate information regarding the date the funds are charged to my card... this after they didn't charge my card previous month (I had to call to remind them) The price miscommunications have ruined my experience to the point I didn't even want to go in last month for the service that I have been billed for. At Senza, Dr. Rasi & his staff offer many services, procedures and products. I go to Dr. Rasi for the laser tattoo removal. I went in for a free consultation (some places charge for a consult) with no pressure. Dr. Rasi took time and answered any questions I had and explained what the procedure entailed. The office is clean, and the staff is very friendly. He has many clients, who look very happy. They also offer specials for different procedures and products. As for the laser tattoo removal.. it s fairly quick. (I'm getting 2 removed) it takes less than 3 minutes to do. Before they start zapping your tat/skin they have a hose which blows cold air on your tat and they continue to while they zap you. The cold air does help, but it still hurts! It's a fairly long process, but am quite pleased with the results! read more

Excessive underarm sweating procedure worked for me! I suffered from excessive underarm sweating since I was about 11 years old. I tried so many different products and gimmicks to try to get my underarms to stop sweating! It didn't matter the time of day, social situation, or stress I was under, I ALWAYS had stains on my clothes from sweat. When I heard about Dr. Rasi's permanent solution to my problem I was ecstatic! He was extremely knowledgeable about the procedure and answered my questions in a caring way. He made me feel very comfortable and confident about the procedure. The entire appointment lasted about 3 hours, but the laser part was only about an hour of that. It was so interesting to watch and know why he was doing what he was doing. First, Dr. Rasi conducted a starch and iodine test to see where the sweat glands were the most active. From that, he was able to map out the areas where he would laser. I anticipated it to be extremely painful with a lot of recovery time, but the only part of the procedure that was uncomfortable was the incision and when the local anesthetic was being administered. After that, it was bearable. Once the procedure was over, I went out to lunch with a friend and went about my day like normal! This procedure has been life changing. It has reduced my sweating by about 75%. I no longer have to worry about having sweat stains on my clothes and ruining them. I can go out in any social situation and not be worried or embarrassed by my sweating. When dealing with stress, I don't have the added stress of being embarrassed by my sweaty underarms! I am extremely happy with the results and am so glad that I decided to do it! Thank you, Dr. Rasi! read more

Everyone should be informed that Senza is an outstanding establishment, my experience with Senza was caring, helpful, & informative. The entire staff is beautiful from the inside out. I received lip injections from nurse Tera, she was gentle, and knew exactly which look I was going for, she is a true artist. (My previous experiences with lip injections did not go so well so I am thrilled to mention I have FINALLY found someone I want to consistantly have my injections done with.) Beautiful Karen helped schedule my appointment in a timely manner, she is just as beautiful in person, as she is over the phone. I really appreciated how well Karen listened to me explain the issues I have with my minor acne scarring also how I was not pushed, or over burdened with sales, by the way Senza offers great specials. I had a Living Social deal for a Limelight IPL and additional Genesis laser treatment for some dark spots and overall uneven skin and couldn't be happier! I live quite far from Redlands, but many of the MedSpas near me are snooty, difficult to deal with, or way expensive. I wanted a nice, friendly place that didn't overcharge for treatments and this was it. Everyone was amazingly accomodating even though I was almost an HOUR late due to traffic. Dr. Rasi explained all the risks and benefits of the treatment and the nurse who conducted my treatment was fun to talk to. I booked 2 more appointments immediately! As with all treatments like these (I mean, LASERS are shooting at your face...the potential for your skin to react badly is there!) there are risks, but I felt very comfortable and happy with my experience. Great place - staff are extremely professional and the whole place has a very relaxing/rejuvenating vibe. I started laser hair removal treatments here and the whole experience was smooth (haha) from start to finish! After calling back to return a message I had left outside of business hours, Karen explained the whole process and what to expect over the phone and answered all of my questions. The doctor is nice, but not very informative. I went in to see what I can do about my skin improvement. He recommended I have laser done and start on obagi treatment. However, he did not explain the risks involved in performing such procedure on my skin, nor did he tell me about the long term affects. Not good. On the staff...some are very nice, but others are plain right rude. For example, a little boy that looked just like the doctor was there, and I said he looks just like the doctor must be his son, and this lady answers in a very smart ass tone...do you think. All in all, I did not like the place. I did not get the professionalism of a doctor really giving professional medical advice; it felt more like a skin solon where I can get my hair and nails done. read more

I had a great experience. The staff are very friendly over the phone and in person. The location is easy to get to as long as your iPhone finds your current location accurately. The building is very nicely done inside and out. You feel comfortable for the duration of your visit. I went in for laser tattoo removal and ended up with that and Botox. I know, those two don't normally go together but that day they did. The doctor is very nice and explains everything in detail. He will take his time to let you know about the procedures, the estimated amount of treatments, and the amount you will pay. The price was about the average rate maybe a little less. Some procedures may cost more than they do at other places but for what I had done they were very reasonable. I have had 2 tattoo removal treatments, at another location prior to this one, that were more expensive. Here, the laser tattoo removal is one price and you come back for treatment until you achieve your desired results. Most other places will charge you per treatment which can get very expensive. Overall I would definitely recommend going here. You wont break the bank and you'll leave happy. read more

I have gone to Senza a couple of times, but I stopped going because I found a much nicer place and better doctor. I did not find this place all that great. The doctor is very nice the few seconds he sees you, and the service is super fast. I think a little to fast. Especially when dealing with the skin. I had done a couple of laser procedures and totally trusted the doctor, but now after seeing a new doctor i feel like they did not take the time nor the effort to really care about my skin. It seems like a drive through procedure, and it should not have been that way. Now that I know better, I know what to ask, but when you have no experience it would have been nice to have had more information than what I got here. read more

I'm 35 so I think it's a good time to start to keep up with the aging process. Love the results. I tried the KTP laser treatments, hair removal and the med spa package. It's worth every penny. With the KTP I notices a big reduction in brown and red splotches on the face. I've only had 2 hair removal sessions but the results are incredible! Even on my face! I've been getting laser hair removal here since 2013, and it has been a life-changer for me. I've had laser failures in the past, when laser hair removal technology was in its infancy in the 1990s, so I was not expecting any miracles when I tried Senza in 2013 for the first time. The results have been better than I ever imagined. As a woman with PCOS, I have struggled my entire life with unwanted hair. I have seen a huge reduction, approximately 90% of it no longer returns. What does reappear is much finer, and is far less bothersome to deal with. I used to get treatments once every 4-6 weeks, but now I can go up to 5-6 months without needing a touch-up.This blows my mind. I no longer feel like a monster amongst my own species. Ok, this is for the guys out there over 40 that have tried everything to get rid of the lower ab mini muffin-top of stubborn fat that just won't go away no matter what you do. I never considered liposuction as a solution. Too proud. I was sure if I diet right, exercise using proven techniques (including 7 months or hardcore P90X and massive cardio) it would have to go away. Nope. My body got ripped but that belly roll still remained. I even resorted to buying an Ultrasonic Lipo machine to try to 'melt' it off. Don't. Swallowing my pride I decided surgical intervention was the only way to rid my nemesis. After exhaustive research (save yourself the time) I decided on Dr. Rasi. Meeting the Doctor only reinforced that I made the right decision. He's pretty cool and has a good comforting energy and takes his time to get to know you. He didn't just look at my issue from an anatomical perspective, he asked questions about what I personally wanted the outcome to be and gave me an understandable medical explanation of what the procedure could - and could not do. The day of the Smartlipo surgery Dr. Rasi made sure the procedure was painless not just for me but so he could work with maximum effectiveness. More importantly he customized his process to meet my expectations. Watching Dr. Rasi work was almost worth the price of admission. It's like every probe was part of a map in his mind he was following to tailor the surgery for what I wanted. At one point he looked up with determined reassurance and said "I'm going to get you what you're looking for". (It's a weird feeling to be happy inside when you have a metal rod moving under your skin) One of my issues was that I had loose skin from the years I had a 38" waist. I was a 32 before my surgery. From my research the jury was out as to if this Smartlipo could really inspire the skin to actually tighten and no promises were made to me that it would - at least significantly. Well, it's been a month and WOW. My nemesis is long-gone in some bio-waste bin and I'm reenergized to keep in shape. My 4-pack is fast becoming a 6-pack (I'm 50) and I can take off my shirt in public without shame. A good friend of mine started laser tattoo removal at Senza about a year ago and is happy with her results & price so far; her nephew is also having it done. I went with her for a free consultation a couple of days ago to have a similar sized tattoo as her's removed from my chest. I never saw the doctor, but the technician that did my friend's laser treatment looked at my tattoo and gave me an outrageous price quote as compared to what my friend & her nephew paid. I do understand that prices go up over time, but 400% over just a one year period?! Both my friend & her nephew paid a set amount ($650 & $250 respectively), but i was quoted $175 per session & was told that i may need up to 15 sessions; that's $2625 for a 3" tattoo! I was prepared to pay a bit more than my friend due to inflation, but that was ridiculous. My friend was very embarassed and apologized to me because she so highly recommended Senza, but I told her this was not her fault -- of course. She now feels quite differently about Senza. read more
