This young girl ruined my eyebrows. She rushed and I was done in record time but the results were NOT worth it. She Butchered one of them, left hair and a gaping whole with a cut!! I didn't realize I was bleeding til I got home !!!! They don't even match now!!! I have thick eyebrows so much to work with! Now they are thin and I need to pencil them because she RUINED THEM!! And I just wanted a touch up. She ruined my shape and I need the owner to contact me because this is absolutely horrible ! Where do I begin!!!! I was greeted nicely and barely waited and I didn't have an appointment. I got extremely lucky with the most perfect and funny nail technician I have ever had. Her name is Delilah. Truthfully she needs to be the head nail technician there (even though I haven't had anyone else) she really sealed my experience. I will never go anywhere else going forward nor use anyone else. The main thing amongst others was that she was SO knowledgeable and patient with me about the different services they had and that she made it clear the choice was mine (did not push any expensive options on me like most nail salons do). Thank you so much for having her apart of your staff and for being so close to my job where I could even go on my lunch break or right after work. Oh and her work by the way is so clean and neat as you can tell by the photo. I will be telling and insisting everyone I know go to this salon and use Delilah specifically. I have to keep my eyebrows in check otherwise I'd look like Bert from Sesame Street. No one wants to see that so every quarter I get an eyebrow tune up. I am not a fan of eyebrow waxing. It sounds barbaric, they smear hot wax on your face, press tape on the wax and PULL! My sensitive skin can't handle that, I usually have marks for days on my face. So when I hear about a threading spot in my neighborhood, I'm going to investigate. I walk in at noon for my appointment. No one is at the front desk, after 3 minutes, I said hello? Someone comes to the front desk and checks me in. My appointment is with Lucy, she shows up about a minute later and brings me into her office. Now with threading, there's participation! Lucy tells me to hold my eye as she takes her magic thread, almost like dental floss and goes to work. The end result, I have a cleaned up face. The question is, what is your pain level? Both procedures, to keep my youthful appearance, there's some pain involved. Nature's Touch Day Spa also does sugaring, that topic is for another review. I tell this story to my brother in law, he laughs at me. The final result, I have my mani-pedi-eyebrow wax complete and I'm ready for vacation. It takes a village to keep me groomed, Nature's Touch Day Spa is now in my rotation.

Well long story short i am officially a thread girl, never going back. It was painless, and quick! Also gave me tip on how to help grow out one of my eyebrows that has much less hairs than the other! I was in the…read moremall, saw this place existed and thought I'd give it a try as I had a bad experience at my usual threading place the last time I went-she was distracted and took a piece of my eyebrow off, which was a little traumatizing. You can't see from the photo but the person who did my eyebrows missed a bunch of loose hairs, but it is what it is, I would prefer better for what I'm paying though. But the worst part is my poor skin. The photos don't show its extent at all; my poor skin is raw. This never happens when getting threaded. This is the first place I've ever been to, waxing or threading, that doesn't use moisturizer after and I guess that's what caused it.

All my unsightly and ingrown hairs have been eliminated. I am now in maintenance and only get to visit with Betty maybe 3 times a year, when I see a stray hair. I am extremely appreciative and would not hesitate to recommend electrolysis done by Betty.
