Additionally, when inserting a VHS tape, it would get stuck and require a strong push to insert. I took the TV to TV Chris, a nearby store, and he immediately identified the problem. I left the TV with him, and he kept me updated on its progress. The TV is now working perfectly and sounds great. The VHS tapes insert effortlessly! I'm so grateful that this business exists.

I told him about this place and we decided to come here after trying T-Mobile and the Apple Store, which were both extremely busy since it was a Saturday. They let us know the repair would take about an hour. It ended up taking a little longer--about two hours--but considering it was a Saturday at a very busy mall, we completely understood. Instead of stressing about the wait, we just enjoyed some time walking around the mall with our family. Overall, we had another great experience and really appreciated their work.
