As a son of a dentist who did dentristy for over 50 years the first appointment went well and even he was pleased with the dentist but it seems that they have gone downhill for whatever reason. If you schedule someoen for a time and you are running late perhaps tell them rather than make them just sit there. I will have to go find another dentist which won't be an issue but dont' ask people to come in earlier and after they make it clear they need to be done at a certain time which you understood you don't let them sit around. they followed up to my other review and claimed someone had an emergency, but that was not the case because I was there to see the hygienist not the dentist and that's in two separate rooms. There were two people when I came in and checked in no one told me about anything so it doesn't add up unfortunately, my opinion it's become very money orientated dentistry where Money comes before patients, which is what most of the corporate dentistry places like Aspen are about. it's sad because I thought I had found a good old-fashioned dentist who cared about patients. When I arrive on the day of the appointment after showing the receptionist my appointment reminder/confirmation, the only response I'm given is a dumbfounded "you're not in our schedule." No apology, no accommodation to get me in at a later time, or explanation of what is going on.
